Everyone knows the reputation of used car dealers and that's what I expected when looking for a used commuter car at the used car dealerships near my home....Best Deal blew me out of the water with their professionalism, non pressure sales tactics, and the reasonable prices they ask for their cars. Walter assisted me and was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. He readily volunteered the CarFax for the car and explained how they set prices for cars. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely buy from them again. Also, my son test drove a car that had a small issue and they immediately took the car to a nearby mechanic to get it repaired. They did not even wait to see if he would buy the car...he didn't, but I'm extremely impressed that they cared enough to immediately remedy the problem. To top it off, the title wasn't available when I bought the car yesterday (Saturday evening) so I told them I would drop by on Monday since they were closed Sunday. The owner came to my house today (Sunday) and personally delivered the title. Best Deal does NOT fit the normal stereotype of used car dealers.

I bought a 2012 toyota corolla le with 12k miles still under warranty for $3500.00 lees than what the Toyota dealer was going to charge me for the same exact car. Presistent, Honest, Punctual. These guys are good. Definitely recommend!

I found Best Deal Auto Outlet on cars.com. Looked over their website and found a van with low mileage and nice looking. Went to check it over and was told right off what they knew was wrong with it. I have NEVER found such honesty from a car dealer. Dealing with these folks was a really nice experience. They welcomed me taking it to my mechanic to have it checked out without a blink of an eye. Every little detail was taken care of before my purchase. I have already recommended them to friends. Next time I need a vehicle, I will be back.

Prompt Efficient service. Called for an appointment to see the car. Drove it, loved it. Great financing options and a 3 month warranty with an option to extend after 3 months. Greeters and sales personnel were terrific.

Nice ppl to work with, very helpful, not pushy at all, Car was described accurately before coming to see it. Had for over 6 months, still running like a new car, so I'm pretty happy thus far!
