When you buy the car from this dealer they promise you free car wash with the sales. After 6 mon months of buying my car I tried getting my car washed 6 times. 4 times they gave me an execuse, such as broken car wash or having low water pressure, the two times that they washed it warned me that the wait is more than two hours. So really if you buy a car from them, don’t count on car wash as part of the deal.

We bought a used car from Toni, who overuses "God bless
We bought a used car from Toni, who overuses "God bless you" but on ourpose leaves out imporant informaiotn on the car that is negative and can impact purchase. Instead of being honest and offer full disclosure of information you ask about, Toni delays or lies, and the information is presented when you are signing paper work and when the car is delivered. We asked for the second key and got a confirmation he has it - only for him to say he did not when the purchase is over and he delivers the car. We now stand with $900 cost for a replacement key. Cheated. Toni should not be in business! I lost all trust for the company after dealing with him - and the GM provided no solution. Avoid! The worst car buying experience we ever had! Not trustworthy!!!

I had a dreadful customer service encounter while
I had a dreadful customer service encounter while attempting to return my Audi Q3 at the Fremont Audi dealership for end of its lease term. My car was leased through US Bank, which assured me that I could return the vehicle at any Audi dealership without a hitch. However, the Fremont Audi dealership couldn't locate my car's VIN in their system to process the lease termination. Rather than resolving the issue themselves, they instructed me to contact US Bank. After spending two hours on the phone with both US Bank and their Dealer Support department, I was informed that the problem lies with the dealership, and they are fully obligated to accept the car and completing the lease return process. Louis Garcia, the manager in charge did not do enough to figure out the issues in their system but instead had me call US bank. I am sharing this review so people understand the dealership is more invested in making sales rather than supporting their customers.

Awesome support and exceeded customer experience from Christopher Pitambara. He so good at follow up with my after service and listened to my feedback. Took care after service issues addressed and I am happy about the issue is fixed. 5 Star for him and well deserved for rewards and promotions. Great work Audi and always happy driving.

I lease a new Q4 ETron.
I lease a new Q4 ETron. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I had already been to the shop at Palo Alto Audi twice and San Jose Audi once. Neither of those dealerships would even try to dig into the problems my car was having. But your service guy that took all my info and the head guy over the department both listened to what I had to say and found my complaints verifiable. They actually spent the time to try to figure out what was going on with my car and then they dug in and did what they could to fix the majority of the problems. They worked with Audi engineers and got some answers. The tech guy at Palo Alto totally dismissed my complaints even when I showed him videos of that was happening in the car. San Jose heard one of the issues when he was with me but then said he couldn’t verify it. So I can’t thank the team in Fremont enough. I’m not keeping my car after the lease is up but the gentlemen I worked with helped me regain faith in Audi. Thanks.

Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessionalism at Audi Fremont, California I visited Audi Fremont dealership with the intent to buy an Audi Q3 and initially received great assistance from a salesperson, Vladimir. However, the experience soured when the sales manager, Ibrahim, got involved. Upon mentioning that I was comparing the Audi Q3 with a BMW X1, Ibrahim's attitude changed. He promised to email me the pricing details within minutes but never followed through. I was left waiting for 45 minutes without any response, even though I could see Ibrahim on the floor, clearly avoiding our discussion. Further, when I tried to follow up with Vladimir, another salesperson, Anatolii Ufimtsev, intervened aggressively and told me to wait longer as they were *busy*. They were using delay tactics. This unprofessional behavior and lack of respect for my time were deeply frustrating. I had been leaning towards purchasing the Audi but decided against it due to this negative experience. It's a shame how the unprofessional conduct of the sales manager (Ibrahim) and his team overshadowed the initial positive interaction and lost them a potential sale. Please think twice before you plan to do business at this dealership.

Audi Fremont is the best , I lived in San Jose but when my car need service I chooses Fremont Audi instead of Audi of Steven creek, first Audi Fremont have the best customer service, 2nd service advisor always helpful and explain all I need to know, not like Steven creek Audi their service so terrible never wanna go back
