This was such an amazing experience super easy-going.

LIED TO ME IN THE DEAL
This dealership is a fraud. They will mislead you and they dont have any values to their promises and commitments. I visited their store for a 2014 model SantaFe and was quoted with a value of 15,990.. Upon sharing the budget constraints of mine, they agreed immediately to fit it in my budget of 15000 and ti finalize the deal till Saturday 2 30 pm.. I reached home and applied for their finance and Bob, the sales guy told that it should be approved and ready by Saturday 10 AM. I called him thrice on Saturday if I shall come for the upfront payment where he denied and suggested to wait till Monday... Also, suggested not to look for any other cars in during weekend and will seal a great deal.. Upon landing on Monday, he denied the price being 15000 and even stated that the page that he used to write the quote is not his words. he blatantly lied and denied everything.. Later on, the guy next to him started yelling stating Bob never jiggles around with the numbers, while Bob just denied his own writing. Stating to talk to his boss, he went but never came back.. The other guy, Julian in the dealership was available on Friday as well, admitted that they agreed but cannot keep the commitment as time has passed by while Bob himself denied to visit him on Saturday.. Finally he took out paper to make calculations and asking or a written confirmation if he can fit the car in my budget in terms of monthly payment while they completely moved off their written quote.. I am glad I decided not to buy from them as they might not have been giving a fair deal or even not a healthy car. But a recommendation - Do think twice before visiting them. And If you succeed to crack the deal, prefer to finish it the same day, you never know they might turn around the next day with some other values.

CAR STOPPED WORKING 24HRS AFTER I SIGNED CONTRACT
please do not purchase a vehicle of this place. my son and I purchased a car here at this dealership on 07JUNE2022 the NEXT DAY 08JUNE2022 the cars check engine light came on and the car became UNDRIVEABLE the next day. within 24hrs of putting a 1200 down payment and purchasing/signing a contract for purchase of the car for the 9000 dollar price tag. the vehicle is a 2010 Chevrolet Malibu

Sales consultant; Bob Reasoner, helped me with the car I was looking for. This dealership has a no rush, clarity policy that aloows you to inspect the car to your satifaction and present you with a car that has been safety inspected & detailed. Qualification and rates were resonable.
