Best ever
Bought a vehicle from Mears Nissan Canton and had problems even before we could get it home. Talked to them the very next day and they took care of everything. Talked to the general manager Jeff Wine and was the nicest person around. Best dealership around

Beware
I have purchased motorcycles, trucks and suv from Mears auto group in Canton and green Ohio. I tried twice in the last 3 years to purchase a car from Mears Nissan in Perry and have been totally treated like a 2nd class citizen. The Manager and sales person have to be the most self centered and arrogant people in Stark county. Nothing like the Mears that ran the motorcycle and car dealer in Canton and Green.

rogue sport
previous quote on trade in was deducting for tires.Didn't trade in and understand usually get better deal (not so). Rogue purchased had worse tires than trade in. Supposedly I hear you get better deal without trade in (nope). When I got my FREE oil change at.. 4000 miles I was told soon would need tires and brakes. Salesman t0ld me leased cars were in new car condition. Also didn;t notice the FEE tacked on till later. First Nissan that has been a disappointment

Vehicle lasted 2 months then the frame broke
I bought a vehicle from Mears Nissan dealership in Canton, August 2019 and the frame broke in December 2019. Mears offered NO help with the issue. I do not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Issues with service
I had two negative experiences with the service department. The first cost me 400 dollars after my extended warranty was suppose to cover the cost. The dealership did not communicate with me properly and ordered the 400 dollar part without my approval, then installed it. The second occurred with a recall of my abs. That was not the issue. The technician completed a rear brake inspection without my approval and did not tighten my lug nuts. My wheel almost came off and I lost a lug nut on the highway.

I've been in touch with our Service Manager and he said you did stop back in but didn't want to give us an opportunity to make it right. My children and I were flipped off
The sales person flipped my children and I off because my daughter decided to walk away from a deal after he disclosed the current recall which was engine related. He thanked us for wasting his time and put us out. As we left he called us a name, I looked back at him and he flipped us the bird. I was disgusted and hurt that my children had to experience such abuse.
