You haven’t spoke to the owner like you posted

so please do not write that you have. Orr Nissan wrote they have reach out to the owner of the vehicle concerning the unbelievable horrible service we received. They have most certainly not. I’m shocked a business would respond with something absolutely not true. Unfortunately the noise is still there. Along with the same noise most if not all the warning lights are on. The break fluid leaks out shortly after it has been replaced since we’ve had the vehicle in for “repairs”. And now there is an extremely load new noise. They had the audacity to tell my father he should consider buying a new vehicle from them. I don’t know these people and have absolutely no reason to waste my time writing this. I have nothing to gain except to warn everyone that wants to listen. I wish everyone that doesn’t want to listen the best of luck and I truly hope your experience at Orr Nissan turns out great and nothing like our experience.

Beware of Orr Nissan Hot Springs, Ar.

My parents are getting older and have multiple health issues. They have several doctors appointments every week. I want to Ymake sure they have a safe and reliable vehicle so I’ve been helping them make payments on a Rogue. My dad heard a noise coming from the front passenger side that started a few months ago. My dad can hardly hear anything so we were surprised he could hear it. I drove their vehicle and heard the same noise. It was like a scraping noise or the sound of a flat tire each time the tire would make a complete rotation. We made an appointment to get whatever problem was repaired. We were told there was nothing wrong with it. It continued to make noise. We called and were told to bring it back in. I took it back in and drove it with an employee, but it was raining and we weren't able to hear it. It continued to make noise when it wasn’t raining, so dad took it back in. They called dad shortly after he dropped it off and said they couldn’t find anything. It was becoming frustrating because we had taken it in 3 times at that point and the warranty was getting closer to expiring due to the mileage. The noise only started to become louder. We made an appointment and took it in for the fourth time. We were happy because they said it was the axle and they would replace it. We noticed the noise wasn’t gone and not only was louder, but the vehicle started to shake. It wouldn’t have been so aggravating if it was my vehicle, but it was my elderly parents who depended on their only vehicle to get them back and forth to doctor’s appointments. My parents live 30 minutes out of town and not only do we have to find someone to follow us back and forth, but we have to find someone to stay with mom because of her health. We were told each time they had loaner vehicles, but each time, none was available. Months later and we made our 5th appointment. It was raining and knew they would need to hear the noise before being able to find a solution. So, I canceled. We had someone we knew look under the vehicle and said there was grease coming out of the bearings. They thought that was odd because usually the axle and the bearings are all sold and installed together. Sometimes the bearings can be reused after having a lot of grease pressed into them and then covered with a boot. This would only be temporary. A week ago or on May the 12th at 8am, I drove it over for the 6th time for the same problem. I asked Gegit if I needed to ride with someone so they could hear the problem and I also showed her pics of the bearings that had grease coming out of them. She said they didn’t need me to ride with them and the pics would be all she needed. Gegit had told me that I would need to drop it off. I did and waited for a phone call. I didn’t receive a call so I called and I was told they did not have the part and would need to order it. She said I could drive the vehicle and it was safe to drive when the bearings were bad.I called the following day and was told parts are delivered at 3:30pm each day and they wouldn’t have time to replace it before they closed. I know there are several employees there, but I started worrying about how long it would take after we would call and sometimes hear they were waiting for the part or they haven’t found what was wrong. So I called to ask what part they ordered so I could take it to Little Rock to be repaired so my parents wouldn’t have to go without a vehicle. We are told the manager or someone will call us back multiple times a day, but literally never do. A week later and absolutely no news. I say we, but I mean dad. Like I said, I could deal with it if it was for me, but it’s a completely different ball game when it’s my elderly parents. So I haven’t called them since last Saturday.

Don’t buy here

Customer service at the dealership is non existent. General manager literally hid out and refused my calls as well. He said he would remedy a situation and just dodged us at every turn.

POOR SERVICE

i recently bought a car from orr nissian and now wishing i didn't. We test drove the car and it had a vibration in the wheel and tire. before purchasing this car i was promised that it would be fixed. i drove from NLR to Hot springs twice. the first time they said i needed to make an appointment which was not mentioned to me when i was talking to the salesman. The second time i went up there they said there is nothing they can do and they advised me to take it to a tire place. so i took it to Discount brake and tire and they said that the tires are needing to be replaced b/c the dealership failed to rotate them. so again i called the dealership and spoke with Joe and he said we will not fix it. keep in mind this is with the extended warranty. AND THIS PROBLEM WAS AN ISSUE BEFORE THE CAR WAS PURCHASED. and still they will not do anything to fix the problem. IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY A CAR DO NOT COME HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL ABOUT A QUICK SALE AND DON'T KEEP THE PROMISES THEY MAKE. OVERALL I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM OR REFER ANYONE ELSE TO THEM. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE.....

Bought car 11K OIL LEAKS!

After being told nothing was wrong with the car, checked out top to bottom. We get home to find oil leaks, new RTV sealing oil pan with no gaskets. This is going to cost us to get repaired. Beware!!

Thank you!

If you're like me, you dread car shopping! My experience at this dealership was wonderful, and I will never buy anywhere else. My salesman was great and one of the managers Stuart made everything so easy. There was no back and forth over the price of the car and they even let me come back to get the car washed because I was in a hurry the day I bought. Thank you for the great service! I will be back!
