Meh

A check was submitted too early and was given misinformation about my $$ due back to me.Brad did his best to help with the check owed to me. I feel like since the deal was done there was 0 urgency. I was once hung up on and never called back when asked for a manager

Happy with my new Sonata

I don’t appreciate your asking this of me. The only reason that I am giving you a review at all is because of how well I was treated by Steven and Jay. They made me a very happy lady when I purchased my new car.

sales experience went well. time to see the finance manager was a little longer than I would have liked. check out time was close to a two hour wait.

Elantra Purchase

Very pleased with the experience and have recommended the dealership to friends. Previous Honda and Toyota owner and was nervous about the switch. I'm pleased with my decision and love my Elantra.

New lease

I was impressed with the staff and their ability to work with my specific situation. I thought I was going to have to buy out my old lease, but Cathy was very helpful, as was the rest of the team to help me get into a great, new car.

The Fun Of Buying A New Car

This car buying experience has been fantastic. If 6 months ago some one was saying I would be buying a new Hyundai, I would have thought them crazy ,but, one test drive was all it took. I traded in a mini van that somehow became to big for our family of two, so, we decided to pick out a sedan. I test drove a Camry,Accord , Nissan and a Chevy Malibu. In my opinion the Sonata offered a better ride, a quieter cab,better handling, and more safety features. I just enjoy driving it. We took a trip to Nashville IN using the backroads and after we got there, I didn't feel tired or fatigued. At my age 71 this was great. I think you could pay more, but, you can't find a better value than Hyundai.

Our sales person was well prepared and enthusiastic. Our questions were answered promptly and completely. When problems arose they were quickly and professionally resolved . Janae did very good job representing your company.
