Saved money vs others. Nice quality Mazda CX-5. Easy to find facility. Low traffic area for test driving. Alex and Will followed up. No typical sales wrangling. Other dealers couldnt even honor appointment times. I think that we bought a car to last.

I was on a time-pressed search for my first ever car purchase, and I am so glad I found Car Zip! I reached out with interest about a car, and they immediately got back to me and set up an appointment. I was nervous from what I've heard about car salesmen, but Marin was incredible and I didn't feel pressured at any point in the car-buying process. I bought a used Subaru after they fixed the A/C for me-- then they checked the repairs and called me and said they were going to keep it for a couple extra days and go ahead and replace the parts to make sure it would work well and last a long time, which I really appreciate. The whole process was quick, every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and I walked away recommending CarZip to my family and friends. 10/10 would recommend.
