Shelby Graves has been my salesman for many years. I drive from Texas to purchase all my vehicles from her at the Woolwine dealerships. She always finds the perfect vehicle within my budget. Shelby makes the entire process smooth, transparent and stress free. It is well worth the drive from the DFW area to Seminary MS for a great deal and car buying experience.

Made an appointment three days in advance with the understanding they would work me right in. Drove a hour to get it there by 730. Called at 1 pm and they had not even started on it.

Woolwine fixed tire sensors on my Liberty when no one else would; I knew I would come to them should I ever need another vehicle. The experience buying the Cherokee was first rate and supportive; Maurice and Shelby made it most pleasant and I know I can count on Woolwine for future checkups. Appreciate the good honest knowledgeable folks in Seminary!!

Third time that I have picked up my RAM truck and it had

Third time that I have picked up my RAM truck and it had oil dripping off the undercarriage. I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation, Darren, the service representative, is good about taking care of the issue when I notice it. It should not have to be done every single time, I bring my vehicle in though. Not only that, they just rotate the tires, don’t check tire pressure, just assume I run same air pressure in all four tires. Not the case at all. Taking your vehicle to a dealership for anything other than warranty work is like going to the doctor for a cold. You are asking for trouble and guaranteed to get a big bill for next to nothing being done.
