I never heard back from them. I only received automated emails. I cant even review them properly because they didn't give me the time of day.

Be very careful buying here. They added over 3k to the sale price without notice on top of the dealer fees and warranty and gap insurance. You pay hundreds for a car detail but it's only the outside that's cleaned. They promise new tires and don't deliver them unless you delete your google review. Had the car 6 days and it's out of oil. They also will talk xxxx about you in the finance office.

Found a car online. Emailed about it. Did the pre approval for financing. Made an appointment to see it. I liked it and said ok let's buy it thinking it would be sold for the price I did the pre approval paperwork for. It was not. They raised the price 3k on top of a ton of fees warranty and gap insurance. The tires were bad and they went back on providing tires if I didn't delete my google review. They also charged me for detailing and said when I came the next day it would have a full tank of gas. It was not clean and had no gas in it. Drove to get the tires I was promised and the oil light came on. After 6 days the car that had this full inspection is out of oil.

Do not go here!!! They are a scam. They added over 5,000 in fees to the sale price. One of the charges is a Citi Motor Group Car extended warranty package costing 3,995 and its mandatory as well as a dealer prep fee of 1,295. I saw an X5 listed at 19,895 and with taxs and dealer fees it came out to 27,995!!! The manager of the place came out and gave me the spiel of why its important and when I said I'm not interested in the extended warranty, he said "have a nice day". These People are scammers!!! stay away!!!!

Added charges from the price that was listed did not seem very helpful and rude.

At first they we're very friendly and helpful. But it's now been 2 months of me owning the car and I still don't have a license plate and they won't send me a temporary plate. I honestly wouldn't recommend this dealership and I will never be purchasing a car with them again.

Unprofessional they want to run your credit without consent im reporting this to the better business bureau there don't care about people they care about getting your credit. BUYER BE AWARE

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! We drove 2.5hrs to look at a vehicle on the lot. Communication had been good prior to arriving. Took the car out for a test drive and then back to the office to look over pricing. It was listed at $20,990. The salesman came back with the finance sheet, after the tax title and reg there were 2 fees at the bottom for a total of $3,000 for the dealerships inspection of the vehicle and "preparation of the vehicle". I asked about this and was told all NJ dealerships charge this. I was told that on their website it says there will be preparation charges on top of the sale price, this varies with every vehicle I was told so you never no what the final price will be. After complaining about the added charges and getting no where we walked out. Essentially the LISTED SALE PRICE is not even close to the end result. I think they were hoping we drove 2.5hrs so we would take what we were given. Too bad the car was just what we were looking for but not for the scam deal they had going.

They took all my personal information. Said i was approved. And they disappeared. Be careful.

Was a very easy process from the time I arrived to the time I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. Very professional and personable.
