Subject: In Search Of A New Car For full discloser I am sharing my experience of purchasing a new car, without any financial rewards or incentives. I have a 2002 Dodge caravan that served me well After 175,600 miles, it was time to upgrade with new technology and safety features and get a new car look, not another van. I donated the van to "kars for kids" There are a couple more good organization you might consider donating to. Evaluated / visited the 4 major auto makers. I had special features that I wanted in the new car. After over 3 weeks of search I found the automobile with all the features I wanted. The most interesting part was that the car I found was $21,000 to 28,000 less expenses than the others with similar features. . ! As an old cliche.... You can get the "best bang for the bucks" Kinda hard to believe.! ! All you have to do is know what features you want and shop around.. It will be worth your while if you want to save $15,000 +. My search lead me to the Mitsubishi Outlander I also noticed they have a very good warranty. Once more, this is not an advertisement or infomercial for Mitsubishi but it is what I have learned through my shopping experience. I thought to share this for those who are looking for a new car. Stay clear from here!
Went to purchase a new vehicle, I thought the process would be simple...It was until I left and found out there was problems and paperwork mistakes. I called and emailed with no response or resolution for weeks. When I finally spoke with someone he was very nasty. Still waiting on a resolution. I'd advise everyone to stay clear of this dealership unless you want unnecessary headaches and waste money.

I came by the dealership and found my dream car (Buick Enclave), thus contacting my wife immediately. Later on that evening, we came back and spoke to Jackson about details of purchasing. But in between 1st visit and up until today, we made at least 3-4 trips to try getting paperwork finalized. Thank goodness sales manager Sean S. came to the rescue, making changes that actually worked more favorably for us. And having the ability to reach out to him after hours made me more confident that this was the right decision made. Love our car & we appreciate Sean for his willingness/determination support to us.

I placed an inquiry with WestGate Mitsubishi about a used car that I was interested in. It was on a day that the dealership was closed. A dealership in name only
Bought a jetta from these folk in March 2020. Within one week (100 miles) of driving it, the car engine light turned on and I sent it back for repairs. The thermostat was broken and the heat did not work. This dealership gave it back to me without checking to see if the heat worked or not and sent it to VW to get fixed, although according to VW, no service technician ever looked at it. I returned it a week later when the car engine light came on and they did it again. Their service team is not Mitsubishi certified, which shows how cheap the dealership team is and will be when dealing with you. They would not fix the car once they sold it, and their "exchange" program was just to give me cars in worse shape. One they offered apparently was being fixed so I couldn't even test drive it! They do not call you back and do not care about your time there, as long as their bottom line is met. Management will talk poorly about their sales team and overall are very unprofessional when talking to customers. The finance team does what they can to cover you and will go the extra length, but the service team doesn't even check to see if the issues with the car are solved and management will do everything they can to screw you. I am now stuck with this broken car because there is no lemon law for North Carolina. Avoid this place.
