IT Specialist

One of the worst experiences I've had shopping for a vehicle. Took my keys would not give them back, asked 6 times got upset then they returned them. Awful!

Had a real good experience with Nate. He had the paperwork all started from the day before over the phone. we were in and out with a brand new Kia Soul within an hour never in my life have my wife or myself ever owned anything this new. The soul runs great lots of room.

Con artists

Wow, what a bunch of con artist. They over price there cars, mix up paperwork and conveniently forget to add dealer incentives. I would have charked it up to bad luck if it had not happen to a friend of mine as well discribing the same thing that happened to them. the bank kept returning their offers because they would adding after the fact cost to the deal that was nit agreed upon. be careful when you walk into that den of con men. Asked them to remove things they added that I did not ask for in the overall price and they argued with me about it. Then lied about not being able to do anything about it.

Service department is a Joke

Buyer beware. Service department here is an absolute joke.. period.... destroying wheels while doing simple snow tire swaps, to not being able to do warranty work on a Saturday, to having their awesome service manager call to tell you the he canceled the customer pay order through their parts department, so I can repair a vehicle that's under Warranty, on my own dime because they can't meet schedule requirements.... I guess they can turn down cash money at will for no valid reason.... other than retaliation against a customer from previous encounters with their "service manager"... To bad really, I had hope when Dan O'Brien bought Team out. But theres only so many one time customers in the world..

Best car sales experience ever!

This was the best experience that I can imagine. I really was dreading the car buying experience but with Nate at Dan O'Brien, I was comfortable and treated fairly. I was not rushed and everything was explained clearly. I am delighted with my new car.

Best dealership I've ever been to

These people were great I have badd credit and I've been turned down from every dealership I went to these guys did the impossible they got me approved for a brand new 2019 car Keia soul No one else has been able to get me approved and they gave me a great rate and great monthly payment I have never seen a finance and sales team work so hard to get someone approved I would gladly buy another car from them

Bad time

Went there to lease an optima s tucker the salesman in north Hampton was great,he was just starting out but that was ok. Meet the General manager nice at first after sale was done wouldn't talk to me. Sales manager came over and he was your typical manager talked about himself and his Porsche blah blah blah. Any way picked up my car when it was dark but I looked it over in the daylight not a scratch or dent on it. When I got it home next morning rear quarter was damaged. Called sales manager and I was told that happens more often then you know. Just what I wanted to hear. Anyway they gave me a loaner and fixed it, I also asked them to change my inspection sticker which had a 3 on it when you lease kia's month is 5 they never changed it after I sent 3 emails to 2 phone calls to make sure. It still has 3 on it. Signing the paperwork I had to come back because they missed something are you kidding me. Called Customer support and they made amends it was almost like it wasn't the first time they've heard this. Going back to Quirk, my daughter bought her car there last month much better. To this day nobody from Dan Obrien has called that must tell you something. KEEPING IT AWESOME (NOT)

Bad company

So bought a car from there dealership in Concord. Had the car for 2 weeks then all of a sudden I need a co-signer. REALLY........ SO I WAS MISLEAD. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO COME IN TO SIGN FORMS WELL WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME THEY WHERE TAKING THE CAR BACK UNLESS I HAD A COSIGNER. I HAVE NO COSIGNER SO THE CAR IS GONE. THE BIGGEST SLAP IN THE FACE IS THEY GIVE ME A RIDE HOME IN THE CAR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO MINE. ALSO BY THE SALES GUY THAT SOLD ME THE CAR. MIKE NESEY. THE WHOLE RIDE HOME WAS IN SILENCE. WHEN I GET HOME MY FIANCEE ASKED HIM A QUESTION THEN MIKE THE SALESMAN PROCEED TO TELL HIM TO GO F @@@ HIMSELF. AND THAT HE WOULD BE ARRESTED BY THE POLICE. REALLY WHAT A S@## SHOW. KNOW IM REALLY SCREWED AND THEY SCREWED ME GOOD. NOW I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience buying a car from dan obrien Kia in north Hampton New Hampshire the sales team worked with us made it a pleasant experience with in hours we finalized our deal and were on our way thank you

Customer Service is awful!!!!

The management at this dealership seriously needs to take customer services classes! I was told I could get my "free" oil change at another dealership near me, however I was told otherwise when I went to another kia near me. Interesting enough, I wasn't their only customer who was told their cost would be covered!! When I contacted Dan O'Brien Kia, I spoke with Jose, (one of their mgrs.) who was the most condescending, pompous xxx I have ever communicated with! He didn't care about me being given misinformation and felt they shouldn't have to give me a free one another time. Never once did they apologize to me, but just made excuses for their bad behavior!! All I was looking for was for them to stand by their word and honor the "free" oil change! Not my fault I was given misinformation! All I got was Jose reiterating himself about what their policy was...who gives a xxxx about their policy - we are talking about a $50 dollar oil change! Not asking them for 1k bucks, just the simple oil change that i should have received!! Jose and the GM's total disregard for feeling I'm not worth them taking a hit for $50 is UNBELIEVABLE!! WHAT IS EVEN MORE PATHETIC IS MANAGEMENT NOT GIVING A CRAP ABOUT MY LOST TIME AND MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR INABILITY TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES!! I WAS TOLD "MISTAKES HAPPEN"! NOT SORRY, WE MADE A MISTAKE AND DO TO OUR MISTAKE, WE WILL HONOR A 3RD FREE OIL CHANGE EVEN IF IT GOES OVER THE 12 MONTH PERIOD!! INSTEAD, THEY JUST KEPT MAKING EXCUSES AND WHEN I STATED I WASN'T THE ONLY CUSTOMER OF THEIRS (MORE THAN A DOZEN) THAT WAS TOLD INACCURATE INFO, THE GM'S RESPONSE WAS "THAT ISN'T THAT MANY CONSIDERING THEY SOLD 1800 VEHICLES LAST YEAR!! I FIND THAT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE!! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I FIRST INTERACTED WITH THEIR SALES DEPT AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HONOR A PRICE I COULD AFFORD TO LATER AFTER I TEST DROVE AND WASTED MY TIME I WAS TOLD THEY COULDN'T DO THE PRICE ANYMORE!! THIS PLACE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND CERTAINLY BELIEVES US AS CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER ONCE THEY GOT THE SALE!!! BEWARE, STAY FAR AWAY!! ESPECIALLY FROM THE GM WHO IS AN ARROGANT SOB!!!
