Had my car fixed at basney collision. Less than a year later, fender trim is falling off , and paint peeling, plus paint runs everywhere.

Dean Wirth is the best service manager in the area. I have bought a lot of cars and done a lot of service at dealerships and independent shops and he is the best. Seth is one of the service writers and he did a wonderful job for me on a recent service visit and taking care of some other concerns I had with the car. I have had some major work done on my 2013 335IS. The mechanics work is impeccable and flawless. The mechanics at Basney are highly trained and knowledgeable.

We just bought a 2011 BMW 535i X-Drive, a local trade-in with an extensive dealer service history and only 28,000 miles. We dealt with Shawn Rembold who delivered exceptional service. I originally went in to look at a 428i for myself and he mentioned the low mile 535i...I checked it out and it was showroom floor clean...no wear, no tear...mint. They had replaced the brakes and rotors both front and rear and had all four wheels reconditioned to remove any nicks and rashes...they were like new. Basney really does inspect their used vehicles and make sure they’re in great condition...their reputation rides on it. Well, I thought this would be a great car for my daughter to consider and she loved it...she was considering a 3 Series, but fell in love with this 5 Series that was immaculate. Shawn answered all of our questions, and really proved to us he was there with our best interest at heart, not just to sell us a car...that’s not always easy to find at a dealership. Basney offered us a fair priced extended warranty thst I would normally pass on, but the price was fair and it gave my daughter some great peace of mind, so she left with a 40,000 mile/4 year warranty with a zero deductible covering everything accept tires, brakes and wiper blades. They will even provide her a feee loaner car. This is my second purchase from Basney BMW...I’ve been thoroughly impressed both times.

Basney got me in right away to have my snow tires put on. While doing a detailed inspection of my car they noticed my Engine Air Filter was dirty and clogged. I had them replace that as well and was on my way in no time! Thank you for looking after my car!
