Wonderful Experience!

Just purchased our 3rd Audi A Q5. Rafael Rosario was our salesperson- Rafael is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He is 100% focused on customer satisfaction. Kudos to Rafael & the Audi team.

Liars and Crooks

The experience with Audi Hawthorne has been disappointing and upsetting. I leased a 2019 S4 from them on October 21st of 2019 and the car started experiencing audio issues within the first couple weeks after I took it off the lot. The radio, Bluetooth and iPhone glitches caused the car to have some sort of static noise pop up instead of the proper audio. The car was brought in on November 20th and sat in their lot for about a week before anything was done. Then came the magical part that was going to be ordered and of course, it was on backorder. The car then stayed in the lot for over 2 weeks and made its way in and out of the shop 3 times. The managers on the sales end (Nick and Percy) were the most incompetent and egotistical customer service representatives I’ve ever met in my life. After arguing with them on many things, Percy told me it’s the manufacturers fault and not his. He even compared when going to Best Buy and buying a TV that’s broken to a similar situation. There was also talk of a repayment on the lease for the month of November since it sat in their lot doing nothing. I picked up the car today (December 23rd) and now they will attempt to reach out to corporate for that payment. I asked why wasn’t that done last month? And the answer was simply that they needed to replace this module before sending the request. All in all, Audi as a brand showed that the money is their only worry. If your brand new car comes with difficulties, corporate and their dealers don’t care. I recommend going to the nearest BMW or Mercedes dealer instead of Audi or Audi Hawthorne. I also have dealt with their affiliate (Audi Greenwich) who sold me a rusted out car with 9k miles on it. Stay clear of Audi New Country. They are not the brightest in this industry and sell cars that are defective. I’ve already contacted the BBB and Department of Motor Vehicles on the unethical ways of these dealers.

Exemplary Service

They lied about repairs needed 2 times

We purchased a used Subaru Legacy from Audi 3 months ago. I immediately brought the vehicle back and I complained of several issues. They kept my vehicle for over 3 weeks total twice and the car has the same issues it had from the day they sold it to me. I usually do not complain but this car needed so much and their service manager actually said they do not understand how to work on Subaru's and only know Audi's. What mechanic doesn't know how to fix brakes and struts? A deceiving dealer. Felt Iike dealing with a shady used car dealer. I've spent a fortune between brakes, struts and steering issues. A beautiful glass building with no integrity. Please be wary.

Just made my fifth Audi Purchase here and take it from me, Audi Hawthorne is Awesome and exceeded all other Dealerships by Far.. Their new Facilty is Huge, the Largest, most immaculate and accommodating within the entire east coast. My Sales person Rafael Rosario was exceptional, professional, direct, no haggling and respectful. He Quickly got me the Q5 i wanted and was able to beat Audi Manhattans and Beiner Audi Pricing by far. If you're looking for competitive pricing along with spectacular service, dont go anywhere esle. Stop by Audi Hawthorne and speak to Rafael Rosario, you will not be disappointed. The Service Manager Joana Bell, The General Manager Nick Belli, Business Manager Kurtis Hughes, the Tech specialist Sebastian and service reps William were all amazing and made my Audi purchase experience Truly uniquely Phenomenal.

Fun and pleasant car buying experience.

Sebastian Sanchez made my first car purchase fun, easy, and pleasant. He was very kind and professional throughout the whole process. He promised that he would try his best to get me the best deal and that is exactly what he did. I would definitely recommend going to Sebastian when making a purchase or leasing at Hawthore Audi.

Awesome Dealership!!

Gone are the days of cramped showrooms, dingy service departments and day old coffee. This dealership caters to car lovers and their families with a passion and care never before seen at a dealership in Westchester. The Service department (Bob, Glenn and Sebastian) treated my Audi Q5 tune-up like a new car delivery.
