Tadd was fantastic.

I have been a customer for quite some time.

I have been a customer for quite some time. I have never had an issue or complaint.From buying a car,to having it serviced it's been a great experience.I drive the extra miles to use their service.I appreciate the staff who sign me in,the techs and mechanics.and the cashier's who check me out.Their all so friendly and professional.My thanks to all of them.

The Genesis service manager Ken took a personal interest

The Genesis service manager Ken took a personal interest in making sure our 2018 Volt had the maintenance services it needed. And he identified one we weren't aware of (our tire sealant and compressor kit had expired), for which we are most grateful!

Backup camera and cable needed replacement + new brakes

Backup camera and cable needed replacement + new brakes and oil change. Service consultant Eddie Freeman gave me info I needed to have confidence about repairs needed. Genesis also called GM to advocate that the cam and cable replacement should not be necessary yet and GM agreed to cover much of the replacement cost. And since it would be a day or two before the replacement, the Genesis service manager arranged a loaner car until the truck was ready. This saved me on the 45 minute commute from my home to Genesis! I am a happy customer and glad I went to Genesis!
