From the moment I met Miya she was warm and welcoming . Extremely professional yet down to earth . I didn’t care for the vehicle I originally came in to test drive but she showed me a Toyota rav4 , and that was the one I had to have . I had a trade in as well and we bargained back and forth a few times till we both agreed on a price . I am so pleased with the product and with Miya’s expertise, the whole experience and the end result was very satisfying . Next time I am in the market for a newer vehicle . I sure hope Miya is still with kelowna Toyota , respectfully, Jenine Stickler

Just purchased a 2024 highlander hybrid XLE. Our 4th Toyota and 2nd highlander hybrid. Toyota reliability and resale value is main reason for staying with this manufacturer. Wendell Gillis was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. Overall, a very good experience and would recommend Kelowna Toyota and Wendell.

I traded in my truck for a 2024 Rav 4 XSE Hybrid and was helped by Tala Crossley. He kept in touch with me over the almost year-long period that it took for me to finalize my decision, make the down payment, have the vehicle arrive. He answered all my questions and explained differences between trim packages and the USA / Canadian variants. He went above and beyond to show me other Rav 4's as they were coming in for other customer's orders so I could make my mind up on which one I wanted. It was a really good experience.

Loved the car I got, the prices and the condition of the car I purchased on September 2022. I bought a Toyota Corolla SE and fell in love of with the car! The service from front desk and everyone was great BUT my experience with Maja was terrible. At the beginning all good and professional but things quickly went downhill. I was supposed to pick up the car by the end of August or first week of September and finish paying for the car once the car arrived. The car arrived end of August and I was in the USA. I explained maja that by the first week of september I would pick the car and finish the payment. Maja totally changed since that day become rude and manipulate, she wanted to have that on hey next paycheck, which she mentioned. Well... one year later I call her to send me the features of the car as I am selling my car. She was so rude. Did not even said hi or how are you and didn't want to help me out at all. Hopefully, someone can check those phone calls. Terrible costumer service. Never buying a car in Toyota Kelowna. Ended up selling my car to a dealership in Vancouver so I do not have to deal with this lady.
