Courteous and friendly and polite. This purchase was a first for me online. I was very anxious and still anxious as drive my purchase. I decided to trust ALDERMAN AUTOMOTIVE. Any car dealership that has been in the business since 1953 should be dependable. This is what I kept saying to myself. Drew Canler was very helpful, he did get answers to all the questions, I requested.. We only have one concern I hope. My registration was not completed correctly, as I wanted my registration transferred from my old auto, to the new one .I have only had the car a week and I have been busy checking the car out. I have an appointment to get driver's side bumper repaired which will cost me $93.26 on 10/22/2024. Praying this is just the least of my concerns moving forward. All and all I trust will be OK.

Car had problems from moment we got home. Would not recommend this dealership. Response was should have bought an extended warranty.

Prior to the sale, The salesman told me that everything worked on the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was misinformed. The sunroof is not operational. When I brought that information to the salesman's attention, he stated it was an as-is sale and they would not repair or troubleshoot without charging me for diagnosis or the repair of the sunroof. The salesman offered to check the fuses if I brought the vehicle to him. I live 150 miles away from their dealership. In my opinion that is an not acceptable. I am dissatisfied with their response to this issue.
