My wife was in for a oil change and they told her both

My wife was in for a oil change and they told her both air filters needed changed quoted her 130.00 dollars , when they were done it was just over 260.00 dollars and no that did not include the oil change clearly another dishonest dealer ship do not take your car here for service!

I live about 2.

I live about 2.5 hours away from this dealership, but I couldn't find a ridgeline closer that met all my criteria. So I called to ask questions - I spoke to the product specialist Tom, who was straight forward, efficient, and honest. He quickly got everything done for me over the phone and put my mind at ease regarding any issues with the truck. So we made the trip, the office was run extremely well and we drove off with a truck that I LOVE within 40 minutes of arrival. I'm incredibly impressed, especially in comparison to some of the dealers I visited locally. I highly recommend them and especially Tom. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

I called on 3/7/25 to request a price quote for a CR-V.

I called on 3/7/25 to request a price quote for a CR-V. Upon calling, I spoke to Annette, and was then transferred to Tom. During the call, I was asked 3 times "when are you available to come in?" Being about 50 miles away, I requested a price quote on the phone. Tom told me that his dealer refuses to negotiate with anyone over the phone. When I said that I wasn't driving 2 hours just for a price quote, Tom was rude and hung up on me. This conduct shows the true colors of this dealership, and one to avoid.

Could not fix my HRV after 3 attempts All the warning

Could not fix my HRV after 3 attempts All the warning lights have been ok since 5000 miles. Now they "don't know what to tell me". Took it to another garage for a 10 second fix.

Made an online appointment 48 hours in advance.

Made an online appointment 48 hours in advance. They didn't keep it. I made another appointment for an inspection and they failed it based on wiper blades. Wiper blades were new. I took it to another place for inspection where it passed. This dealership runs scams to make false claims on inspections to rip off customers. I paid cash for this vehicle new. I'll never buy a car or use their inept scam service.

Excellent customer service and very nice inventory. The staff works well to help customers. Honda has nice financing and fair prices. The location is easy to get to and classy.
