I was having engine misfires with my 2011 Chevy Cruze and

I was having engine misfires with my 2011 Chevy Cruze and brought it to Ourisman Chevrolet. Donovan Hill, my service advisor, clearly explained the issues, the resolution, and the costs upfront. The team had everything fixed (and even washed my car) in under 3 hours. Excellent service!

Advertised a $5005 discount on a vehicle and that price

Advertised a $5005 discount on a vehicle and that price included add ons and destination charge. Then when I recieved my quote the destination charge was added back into the final price. Will never deal with this autogroup.

Smooth process from start to finish buying from Ourisman. Our sales rep Tanya went out of her way to get us to a deal that we could agree on and Avalon was fantastic as the finance rep... Both replied quickly to emailed questions and made buying a new vehicle easy.

I have never been disappointed for over seventeen years

I have never been disappointed for over seventeen years for coming to this particular dealership. The name may have change and some individuals have left. But the quality of customer services still expectational in my personal opinion.

My experience was excellent!

My experience was excellent! The Service Advisor, Sahray Jones kept me informed of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. She made all the necessary follow-ups required to get the work completed. I would recommend Ouirsman Chevrolet to others for their vehicle service needs!

My car stayed at the dealership for one month.

My car stayed at the dealership for one month. The recommended repairs focused on symptoms. The cause was never diagnosed. My car has less than 60000 miles and it has all kinds of symptoms according to the technician. The cause was never addressed: a failed PCV valve, which is under special coverage. I was denied special coverage because the technician report only addresses the symptoms (a leak here and a leak there...). The cause is a very common problem with this car model. Chevy issued a tech bulletin and special extended coverage for it. This dealership would simply not honor it.
