Smooth process from start to finish buying from Ourisman. Our sales rep Tanya went out of her way to get us to a deal that we could agree on and Avalon was fantastic as the finance rep... Both replied quickly to emailed questions and made buying a new vehicle easy.

I have never been disappointed for over seventeen years
I have never been disappointed for over seventeen years for coming to this particular dealership. The name may have change and some individuals have left. But the quality of customer services still expectational in my personal opinion.

My experience was excellent!
My experience was excellent! The Service Advisor, Sahray Jones kept me informed of the progress of the repair of my vehicle. She made all the necessary follow-ups required to get the work completed. I would recommend Ouirsman Chevrolet to others for their vehicle service needs!

My car stayed at the dealership for one month. The recommended repairs focused on symptoms. The cause was never diagnosed. My car has less than 60000 miles and it has all kinds of symptoms according to the technician. The cause was never addressed: a failed PCV valve, which is under special coverage. I was denied special coverage because the technician report only addresses the symptoms (a leak here and a leak there...). The cause is a very common problem with this car model. Chevy issued a tech bulletin and special extended coverage for it. This dealership would simply not honor it.

I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the excellent customer service I received from their online coordinator, Taylah, and the efforts of sales associate Ronald. I submitted an online form to sell my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze and received an estimate of $706. Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore in Woodlawn, MD, contacted me, and I decided to visit since they were nearby. While I expected an in-person inspection given my car's condition, what I didn't expect was for their appraisal manager, Renard, to make an offer he knew he couldn't fulfill. After waiting for an hour, Renard asked how much I was looking to sell the car for. I replied that I was open to whatever offer they would make. He then said he "didn’t want to disrespect me" but could only offer $200 due to the car's exterior damage and other issues found during the diagnostic. I told him I was fine with the offer and ready to sell. He then suggested I try CarMax for a higher offer, but I explained that CarMax’s online estimate was similar, and I was content with his offer. Instead of proceeding, he went to consult with his manager and returned saying they couldn't purchase cars with body damage. When I asked why he made the $200 offer in the first place, he admitted he didn’t think I would accept it. So, in trying not to "disrespect" me, that's exactly how I felt—disrespected. It was a waste of both our time when he could have simply said upfront that they couldn't make an offer.

Worst service that I have experienced.
Worst service that I have experienced. Had my car detailed last July but they just left it oily with visible dirt. Mind you my car was not that dirty I just got it because of the detailing voucher. I also reported a noise problem on my radio that when I googled for a few seconds sent me to some forums that they just need to update my radio but when they returned the car to me they did not mention that it was not fixed. I just saw in the paper the next day that they said they cannot recreate the problem. Gave them another chance and had my oil change this August. The service advisor offered me the 25k mileage service but I said that I have to leave at 9:30am (dropped the car off at 7am) but he said that he can also do the service by 9:30am. I paid everything after the service at around 9:35 and went on my way. The next day i noticed that the windshield wipers are creating a weird sound and upon inspection there's now a scratch on my windshield. Went back to report this problem. The service advisor initially told me that my vehicle got a report about the bad wipers from the technician and he told me about it but HE haven't said anything about it. When another person came he made an excuse that he had to rush it because I wanted to leave early so he was not able to tell me about the problem but I did not get a hardcopy or an email of the vehocle report that they should have given to me. I DID NOT ASKED for the 25k service but he offered it to me to make income but now it is my fault that he got greedy. This is the worst service center in Maryland that only wants your money but would not take responsibility from their mistakes.

A man named Brian was in your store yelling profanity and being really aggressive toward people. It bothered me so much that I left and went somewhere else. Not only was he being rude, but none of the men stood up to him. I can't respect such spinelessness. I just felt someone should know. This happened at your store on Security Blvd. We went in to inquire, and I heard the yelling. He is a despicable person.
