This was the first time I ever purchased a car from a
This was the first time I ever purchased a car from a dealer and didn't know about all the traps. Don't trust anything they tell you! Lies Lies Lies! I could have paid cash on the spot. I was told financing was required to pay the advertised price. I was also told I had to finance the car for 6 months. They lied about pay off terms and told me that the extended warranty was necessary for financing. When I called in August to arrange my pay off. I was told I had to cancel the extended warranty first. Since it was now beyond 30 days I will only get 52% back and will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. I could have canceled it the next day after the purchase had I known! They lied about everything. Even that the plugin battery would be charged and would have a full tank of gas for my 90 mile ride home.

We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Massapequa, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! From the moment we walked in, our sales representative Nomaan made us feel comfortable and respected. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, genuine. We initially came in to look at a specific car, but ended up spotting a few others that were out of our price range. Rather than pushing us toward the more expensive options, Nomaan had an honest conversation with us about what mattered most to us, our budget. He truly listened and helped guide us to the best fit without any pressure. My husband had a question about the brakes, and the team at Toyota of Massapequa didn’t hesitate, they immediately reinspected the vehicle and even resurfaced and replaced the brake pads. That level of transparency and care meant a lot to us. As Nomaan said, “First is the best”, and in our case, the first car we saw in person ended up being the one. We are thrilled with our decision and love our new Highlander! We also worked with George, our financing associate, who did a fantastic job laying everything out clearly and ensuring our monthly payments stayed within budget. Both Nomaan and George were extremely warm and welcoming, it honestly felt like talking with family. Despite arriving close to closing time, we were never rushed, and they both took their time with us like we were their only customers. We’re beyond happy with our purchase and the overall experience. Five stars all the way, we would absolutely recommend Toyota of Massapequa (and especially Nomaan and George) to anyone looking for a car!

First let me say i get my 2022 rav 4 services here for last 2 years and very happy with service. yesterday i went in for a trade in to upgrade to 2025 Rav 4 Hybrid and salesperson Raymond was very helpful accommodating and knowledgeable. The managers were also great and Ali the finance person conpleted the transaction and I have to say all was positive. I have neg experiences at Huntington and Westbury Toyota but this was definitely a great dealership and I will be back!!

My sales person was absolutely wonderful.
My sales person was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the finance guy, Juan had no moral compass. He was an absolute rip off artist. Tried to take advantage of what he thought were my lack of math skills and knowledge. Pressured me to take insurance packages on all different aspects of the car and although I kept saying no he persisted relentlessly. In the end I did not take any packages. I was preapproved from my credit union for a specific interest rate and he was quoting me two percentage points above that from credit union. He said he could do better with other banks. He refused to show me any numbers regarding interest rates from different banks on paper, instead he verbally spouted options. This made it very difficult for me to compare bank rates, terms, and payments. That is exactly what he wanted to have happen. Any finance person that keeps asking you what are you want to pay each month is a total rip off artist. I ended up refinancing the loan to my original bank.
