I have been Lexus community for several years, but my wife totaled her SRX, so we decided on something different. We went to Wesley chapel Audi, what a surprise! Chris came over and greeted us. The sales on the manager came over to meet us, both extremely pleasant and professional. We were both impressed with the treatment we received. What got us to go there from St Pete was the deal on the car, it was fantastic. I will keep Chris' number he was great to work with. I'll certainly come back. Carmen

I recently purchased an Audi with Carson Roderick.

I recently purchased an Audi with Carson Roderick. This being my 3rd Audi at Wesley Chapel. I've been helped by many in the sales department and I have always had excellent service. During this purchase Carson was of great help since my purchase was a bit complicated it being a trade in from a previous lease. I recently moved to Orlando and I still go to Wesley Chapel for my purchases and service. It was an easy transaction over the phone and once I arrived everything was ready for me to get my new Q3. Micheal Cronk the GM as well has been of great help in the past with a previous purchase during Covid. Back then buying a car was extremely complicated with the limited quantity of cars available. Michael was able to find the one I wanted from another Audi dealership. Antoine Borgella in the service department has always made getting my car serviced a great experience. I have always had great experiences with Audi Wesley Chapel.

Disappointing After-Sales Service I purchased an

Disappointing After-Sales Service I purchased an Audi from this dealership a year ago and was initially impressed by how hard the sales team worked to secure the sale. However, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. When I approached the dealership twice with general questions, the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. It felt as though their enthusiasm ended the moment the sale was finalized. This lack of after-sales support has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While the dealership may excel at selling vehicles, they fall short in providing the ongoing service and support that loyal customers expect. I would not recommend this location to others and suggest considering alternatives that prioritize long-term customer satisfaction.

AUDI WESLEY CHAPEL - CHRIS NOVO!

AUDI WESLEY CHAPEL - CHRIS NOVO!!! I had an incredible experience with Chris and the Audi Wesley Chapel team. I have been a true-blue Audi owner for years. This was by far, the best experience I have ever had! Before reaching the show room, Chris sent a video of the "perfect" car describing all the features. He communicated pricing for the car and the bells and whistles that I was hoping for before we even arrived. Once there, he far exceeded my expectations and delivered more than what was communicated by phone!!! I live in the Apollo Beach area; it was WORTH driving every mile to Wesley Chapel to work with Chris! THANK YOU!

Went in for scheduled maintenance and Shaun Sharma took excellent care of me annd my vehicle. Even repaired a recent recall that I didn’t know I had on my car. Will come back again. A++

Chris D. was simply fantastic! After visiting another Audi Dealership in the area who was trying to play games and not honest, it was refreshing to Meet up with Chris. He was always upfront. Nice dealership, friendly people. My salesperson was Mark Grable , he was a knowledgeable, no pressure guy. Very down to earth and funny , not snobby like a lot of luxury sales people can be.

Today marks the second time that I have had the pleasure

Today marks the second time that I have had the pleasure in purchasing my 2nd vehicle from Mark Grable. He is extremely professional and exhibits all of the interpersonal skills necessary in making such a huge decision. Audi - do whatever you need to keep this young man, he is a jewel!
