Last day of the month and I was set on a truck I wanted. It seemed as if there was little to no chance to get what I wanted due to the price. Charles worked out the deal and made sure the business didn’t lose and the customer was satisfied. He also made sure I had the full new car experience and took pictures to ensure I had them as well. Charles was amazing and I’ll be sending more his way.

Purchased our 2024 Dodge Hornet R/T from Dennis Burton at Antwerpen. They were extremely fair on our trade and there was no back and forth at all. Brenda in Finance was very thorough and got us an excellent protection package.

They didn’t call to let me know that the car wasn’t ready. When I went to retrieve the car next day, they couldn’t find it nor any record of it being there. 40 minutes passed before the located my car. When the returned the car to me, they had found $3300 of Work that needed to be done but they did not complete the 2 recalls they were supposed to be doing.

Anastasia was very communicative and under promised and over delivered. Even though I wish prices were lower, she did help me find a 15% off coupon to help.
