Took advantage of a mentally disabled customer that lives

Took advantage of a mentally disabled customer that lives on less then $1000 a month disability. Was $350 away from paying off my Kia Soul that was on a parked recall and was dangerous, then stolen. Paid collision center to fix, never ran the same. I have son with heart condition so I had to trade it in. They showed me a 2015 Jeep for $13000 no sticker. Told me 4 yr drive train warranty and maintenance would be free and if I paid $1500 down the payments would be same as what I was paying. I wanted to talk to my family about borrowing it and they would not bring me my keys. She insisted on me taking Jeep and she would ride with me to talk to family. It was late and they promised if I took Jeep they would send paperwork to my email. They never sent email and Jeep broke down. Dannielle Kutter finally contacted me after 2 weeks of being blown off, found out after I paid $12000 on my Kia Soul, all they did was pay $350, last payment and now Jeep was $16000 then add ons up to $32000. Payments $485 a month not $154 as promised. Daniella said I should had got a usb the night of purchase. I was so upset and just wanted car back and money, but my Kia Soul had already been auctioned off. Dannielle Kutter told me she would take care of Capitol one and get me in car I can afford. I had witness with me. Diagnoses on Jeep said bad drive train and catalatic converter, so it is a lemon. They repoed Jeep, stole my dangerous car they sold me and my money. I now have nothing. They have ruined my life being 55 years old and ruined my credit. I have proof of everything,

lots of waiting.

lots of waiting..they want you to be tired and worn down so you will agree to anything just to get out of there. Price they told us wasn't true in the end...lots of fuzzy math...keep you confused....hellish day all around.

The initial part of the buying experience was great - the

The initial part of the buying experience was great - the sales associate was responsive and helpful. However, when it was time to pay for the car, it was a different story. The sales manager added 3 options costing $3K to the deal without my permission. When I protested, he said, “well, you have to pick at least one of these options.” I offered to scrap the deal entirely, and suddenly I didn’t have to pick any of the options. The finance manager was worse, he… - tried to convince us to purchase an expensive aftermarket warranty, saying that Kia wouldn’t honor their new car warranty (at a Kia dealership!) - kept obscuring parts of the finance agreement as we went through it, and got huffy when I told him I wouldn’t sign it if I couldn’t read all of it - was generally condescending to my wife and me. As I left, the salesman told me that I’d be invited back in a month to provide feedback and discuss my experience, but that never happened. I’ve scheduled my future service with a dealer that’s farther away, because I just can’t get back there again.

I was assured by your sales manager and finance manager that they were only following your standard procedures. I’m not sure what you can do to help, as the damage has been done. Maybe you need to review your own procedures and decide if that’s how you treat valued customers.

Worse Experience at a dealer.

Worse Experience at a dealer. Car listed for one price but when you get there, they have added a number of additinal items. Removed those items but would not remove the paint protection for $990 since it was already on car. Did not list this is the advertised price. Said this was put on all cars at dealer but typically you get the option of adding that after purchase. Paint ptotection is a $990 scam. When going to finance office, noticed overall price of car was much higher again. They had added $3,600 extended warranty but never asked if we wanted that on the car. Finally, they scheduled the 1st free oil change but when car was taken ther, they said it was not needed. Waste of a day bringing car up to dealer.

Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience.

Very disappointed and disgusted with my experience. Should have read the reviews first. My salesman was a young man and very nice.But I have to admit after hours at the dealership he was not good at following through or returning calls.I have tried calling the sales manager,used car and general managers since .y purchase on9/27 and no return calls yet, Horrible Customer Service.But after reading reviews I gather upper management doesn't CARE, THEY HAVE OUR MONEY AND PROBABLY BUY ANOTHER ARENA OR SOMETHING COMPARABLE.

I been waiting three weeks still ain't got my car after I

I been waiting three weeks still ain't got my car after I put money down on it! They have bad customers service! I knew I should of followed my first mind and went to another kia store and got the car i wanted and didn't have to wait. It seen like they not doing their job but when you call up there they want to put you on hold! I'm going back up there today to get my money back that I put down on a car three weeks ago! They can have the loaner car back advisor well! They not no good at all...not wasting my time again with this dealership! STILL AUNT GOT MY CAR BUT WAITING ON A APPROVAL! My sale person is Michael Seeber! Horrible and didn't contact me but I had to reached out everytime to get an update on the car i put down! I will not recommend nobody come buy a car from this place!

Beware of false advertising concerning Cable Dahmer’s so

Beware of false advertising concerning Cable Dahmer’s so called Free 5 year Power Train Warranty! This is actually an insurance policy that you purchase with your vehicle. It has a lot of “fine print” exceptions and loopholes to excuse them from actually paying for many power train repairs. We bought a “certified” pre-owned car on June 24, 2024 and 37 days later it overheated due to a faulty thermostat and blew a heats gasket costing us about $3000 in repairs. I have called and spoken to several people at Cable Dahmer and their insurance agency, however a month later now, it’s certain that we will be paying for the entire repair bill ourselves. If by chance, Cable Dahmer actually calls me back and honors their advertised warranty, I will remove this review and post a more positive one. But it’s very unlikely. Otherwise I’ll leave it right here. It’s so sad that’s business of this size would pull a smoke and mirror scheme like this on a trusting customer.
