response was good but as like too many dealerships hte person answering the phone does not know much about the car and has to refer the question and that sometimes takes hours or days. Most of these people seem to be on the spot deal makers but are not really car people. Internet is ok but dealerships should have more consistent and knowledgeable people available. Hard for a customer to get information if it isnt already on the website..

Excellent purchasing experience great repurchase and post purchase follow through by Jake Mooney. The entire staff, but especially Jake made me feel like I was purchasing a new car despite it being secondhand and not a Mercedes. Their new car lineup looked impressive and an overall great operation!

We had a great experience working with Jake Mooney and Goran Filipovic who helped us with our purchase of a 2025 E350 sedan. We traded in our 2024 E350 for a few upgrades and they searched all over to find the perfect fit for our wants and needs. It was close to completion and only a few weeks away from being shipped to the USA. The car has many electronic features to navigate and Jake has been very helpful and patient in helping us understand, and made aware of, all that this car has to offer. Very friendly, helpful, answered my questions, helpful on the test drive in pointing out features of the car. Drove me to the bank to get the cashier's check. I would work with him again should the opportunity arise.

Very nice people and sales staff, everyone I spoke to was soo nice. At the end of the day we couldn’t make a deal… wouldn’t budge on the price because they said that’s the internet price so we can’t negotiate…. And we didn’t make the deal cause we were hundreds off. Oh well

Thank you Amin for your warm hospitality. I’ve never had a car buying experience like this. I’m not affluent enough to normally shop at a Mercedes/AMG/Porsche dealership, so I felt uncomfortable just pulling into the lot. But literally everyone there, especially Amin, made me feel welcome and put me at ease. Their pricing is fair and I believe Amin worked to get the best price for my trade-in. If there are any fees or charges, they are very transparent about it early on. Well before signing any paperwork. Kyle in finance was great too. He answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain any answers that were unclear to me. Thank you everyone!
