While this dealership is one of the best used car
While this dealership is one of the best used car dealerships in Mississippi and have great customer service and sales members I have to give an update on my experience thus far with the car I purchased from them. I purchased it October 2023 and right from the beginning after purchasing it I have had to throw a lot of money into this car. The car had a shake really bad in the steering wheel from the time I bought it. It took me 2-3 months to figure out what the issues were after having Mack Grubbs Hyundai track down the issue. While Gulf Auto Direct did right by me and replaced the front brakes it still didn't fix the issue. So the end result is:11-23 I had 3 tires that had the belts inside the tires that were bad and one rim was bent as well causing the issue too. The tires but one had little to no tread upon selling me this car. It's my fault for not throughly checking this before buying it so I've thrown over 800.00 into the car since purchasing it. It's finally done and car is in tip top shape. My advice to anyone buying a car from here please please don't let them rush you into buying the car until you have a complete second opinion inspection done on the car. That explains why I got a "as is" when signing paperwork. It doesnt help I am a female and dealerships take advantage of that. Lesson learnt on my end and I will never do that again as I'm now more informed on car purchases and what to look for and that includes the price I pay for the car out the door. Overall,I love my car and have had no mechanical issues with the exception of a hydraulic module go bad and that was a warranty issue and Hyundai took care of me and gave me a rental.
