Service 2019 Explorer

Went to Colonial Ford in Marlboro on a Saturday to see if I could get a MA inspection sticker. They took me right in and within an 1/2 hour the inspection was done and I was out the door.

I had a truly outstanding experience with the team at Colonial Ford in Marlborough. Particularly working with Brat Grout was an exceptional experience. I usually cringe at the new car buying experience, but this team provided a positive vibe throughout. Greatly appreciate their transparency, honesty and friendly demeanor.

Phil in the service department was very helpful and attentive to my concerns. Unusual to find that in a dealership service. I was pleased with the service and the free coffee was a bonus. ;-)

Had a screw in the sidewall of my tire with independent insurance…Phil (Colonial Ford) opened up the claim with my insurance took all the pictures they needed sent the claim in and I was covered free tire. Thank you Phil (Col. Ford) and Smart auto care.
