They suck. You can’t trust all of the sales people. Screw you in a heartbeat.

Use extreme caution when shopping for a quality good used car at this north location. They will sell you on the gimmicks of we got at least 15 people looking at this car you better hurry and put a deposit down. I had no chance of taking this car for a test drive because there were 6 inches of snow on the Ground and honestly, How could I the car was on the showroom floor! I put my deposit down on the car made the purchase and when they finally remove the car off the showroom floor I noticed it had a check engine light on, I brought this to the salesman BJ his attention. Honestly, he blew me off. It’s like he was totally blind to see to check engine light And offered no resolution to that. When driving home the car I noticed that it was running very rich on fuel and required mechanical attention. When signing for this vehicle, I asked about a warranty. I was told that they probably wasn’t a warranty available because of the type of car it was. Honestly, I got totally screwed. I handed them over a perfect mechanically maintained vehicle was a trade thinking that I was getting an equal deal but instead I got totally screwed. I made a lot of mistakes trading in my vehicle before this one and I take a lot of responsibility for it but at the same time I trusted this salesman and this dealership that I was receiving a high-quality vehicle. They took this vehicle from another dealership which was located on the far south side of Indianapolis as a matter fact, Greenwood that should’ve been the first red flag why this dealership didn’t try and resell the vehicle because that’s what they sell high-quality high performance vehicles but instead this dealership Ended up with it on its showroom floor, I do have to ask how in the xxxx did they get it from the far south side of Indy to there and not notice that it was running like a piece of xxxx. Will I ever come back to this place to buy another vehicle? xxxx no Should you that your decision but be cautious !!

Sean was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured, he educated me on the pros and cons of each vehicle I was considering so I could make an informed decision. I highly recommend this dealership!

Overall a good experience. I saw the truck online, and contacted Larry Conley about holding it for me a night. He did I came to see it, was as advertised and I?m truly happy. One small note is that I didn?t test the wipers until I was already at home and the motor was out. Not a big deal, it is a `98 so some issues are bound to happen.
