If you want a good deal and great service ask for Kaleb

If you want a good deal and great service ask for Kaleb he is the best. He was knowledgeable about the cars and went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. Out of all the places I went to these guys were friendly and didn’t push me into making a choice. If I ever need another car I will got back and see Kaleb. I highly recommend stopping by.

Like all Auto Dealer there is pros and cons.

Like all Auto Dealer there is pros and cons. I cannot speak to my vehicle yet, because I just bought it. time will tell if I got a good deal for me. But The buying experience and the Customer Service was Excellent. As far as Auto Savvy as a Company I Cannot evaluate them but Kaleb as a Sales Person to work with AWESOME

Kaleb did a good job of keeping me connected with Auto

Kaleb did a good job of keeping me connected with Auto Savvy and of introducing me to Matt. Matt did an excellent job of patient walking me through the inventory and explaining pros and cons of each car. He was honest and upfront. In addition, he let me be in charge. He was never pushy. It was a real pleasure to work with both of them.

Great, fast car buying experience! James did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend AutoSavvy in Post Falls. Good people and got a good, fair trade-in for my car and a great deal on my new car. Would absolutely come here again.

Great Experience

I was stuck with a pretty strict budget. Matt was my sales man and did a great job setting me up with filters to search the other dealerships as well. He was very helpful and walked me through the whole process keeping me updated on everything. Since I live out of town I was able to do everything online and just show up to test drive and grab the keys.

Buying experience

Was disappointed in the fact the car was literally on empty when we test drove it, the salesman told him to put gas in it, he brought back the keys. So we do the paperwork and was never told up front that we would be paying an extra $200 for some carbon neutral xxxxxxxx pledge you all do and make the buyer pay for. We walked out to take a picture of the car with the salesman and he handed the key (1 key) to my daughter and I asked where the other key was, he told me the car only had 1 key but if I'd like a second key I could purchase that through you. Ridiculous! Never have I purchased a newer car and received only 1 key. So then the salesman tells my daughter she has less than a 1/4 tank that she'll need to put gas in it. xxx? They only put enough gas for the gas light to go off. I have never purchased a vehicle where they didn't even fill the tank! Seriously???? So annoyed and angry about these issues. I should have read your reviews before thinking a making a purchase at your dealership.

Great People, thank you Chris S!

Just purchased a 2017 Chevy Silverado from the Post Falls store, and these guys were terrific. Chris Sonniksen is a great guy, and I enjoyed working with him to find the right vehicle for me. He is no pressure, is patient, and listens to me, the customer. DeeJay was reassuring in helping to get the deal done, and Kelly helped dial in the financing. Outstanding team, thank you guys!
