Alfonzo was great to work with. Was able to get all the $ work done by phone since I live so far away. He didn’t get my hopes up which was refreshing. We were able to get everything done so I could arrive, test drive and sign. Super fast process. Really enjoyed how they presented the car. A big red cover for me to pull off which was exciting. Would for sure do business with both Alfonzo and Lakeland Audi in the future!

Alfonzo was a true professional.I never felt pressure and all my options were laid in front of me for me to decide without pressure. He was honest and clear with the vehicle and the numbers. If I had known purchasing a new vehicle could be so pleasant, I would have saved myself a lot of angst. From the first phone call to the Manager (Chris), to Alfonzo who made the whole process look like magic, to Chib in Finance who gave us the facts and didn’t put any hard sell on us for extras. I have been buying cars since I was 18 and never have I been in a dealership until today where the sales rep didn’t have to “go back to their manager” at least 3 times before solidifying the sale. Today, not once did those words enter Alfonzo’s vocabulary. We got a very fair deal on our trade-in, a very fair deal on the price of our new Audi - overall, I couldn’t be happier with a car-buying experience. The showroom was very clean, the personnel were friendly, and the coffee was good.
