Went to this dealership to have vehicle recall issue addressed. Service department is not knowledgable, dismissive, and failed to even make the necessary repair. Instead, they attempted to sell me a set of tires. Don't expect even new cars to have their warranty issues addressed; instead, you will receive reasons why there is nothing they can do to assist. Go to another Ford dealer with people who know and like cars.
