USED LLC

Brought a PT CRUISERS for 8k. Had to put 4k in it just to make safe to drive. They lie and refuse to help, got an F grading with BBB . DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST PLEASE

Bought a car as soon as i left car broke down was in 3 differnt shops said the car can not be fixed used imports llc said it is legal to sell a car that do not work. So stuck with a car that can not be fixed or even not driveable DO NOT BUY FROM HERE 4 PEOPLE I know personaly has had simialr problems!!!!!

They gave me a car fax saying it was worth 17,000 plus but when I got a Kelly blue book on it 3 months later it says 8300. How did they pull that off. The guys were nice but I was ripped off big time! Save urself the hassle go somewhere else.

Horrible dealership they sell horrible cars stay away from them I got scammed and hoping people are smarter than I was and CHECK THE REVIEWS FIRST!!

All car salesmen are shady even at New Car Dealerships its part on the customers responsibilities to know a thing or two when buying there next car and don't blame the dealer.. I Purchased a 2003 2dr Mini Cooper from them bout 3yrs ago and never had a problem other than the normal wear and tear.. I sold my Mini and went back and Purchased another vehicle from LLC Used Cars this time a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and am very Pleased I also referred a friend and they gave him a Great deal.... If you go onto a Used Car lot then Complain bout your vehicle Purchase your at fault just as much, its a USED CAR LOT Thank You LLC USED CARS I'll Be back again

Pay attention to the negative reviews here. I am a very reasonable person and expect some issues with used cars. However this used car didn't even make it home. This dealer was completely shyster and unsympathetic. Then when I call 3 weeks later wanting my title paperwork, they won't even send it, I have to make another trip to their dealership. And They Never Told me I Had to Pick it Up. I had to call to find it. These guys were ruthless, dishonest and completely uninterested in customer service or satisfaction.

This dealership is the epitome of a sleezy car dealership. They sell crap cars and take advantage of people. If you want to be scammed and left with a car needing thousands of dollars in repairs go here, if not then don't waste your time or money. They apparently like to scam people.

This is the place that gives used car dealerships a bad name. Bought a 2017 dodge caravan from them. Check engine lights comes on after driving it around for a bit. Found that not only is the transmission completely bad, the camshaft and lifters needed to be replaced too. Confirmed by a second shop without letting them know what was going on. Minimum repairs of $8700. I have documentation to back this up and prove I bought the vehicle.

Horrible place, sales man told me the battery just needed to be charged because it wasn't started regularly. I mentioned the slightly rough start up might be a problem and he assured me it would run great. Just a few days later the check engine light is on anf it seems like the issue is the timing belt, won't pass DEQ and needs expensive repairs. Stay away from this place. They sell xxxxx. cars and rip people off.
