Don't buy from them
I got talked into a piece of junk that once again I will have to freeze all winter because of heat issues that I am sure has to do with whatever they poured in it for a leak of some sort. Took it in and was told I poured something in it, and had a guy from the service department get in my face and told me I poured it in there and there was nothing else they could do for me. It's a bad place to do business don't buy from them.

Car issues and it keeps happening new car
I have been very unhappy with old Ben Franklin lately. I had a 2017 Dodge Journey with in me having it a year in couple weeks the transmission went out so they put me in a Brand new 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage which I really didn’t want because of how small it was and the high payment. But took it cause I needed a car. Couple mouth ago I took to them cause though something was wrong they said nothing was wrong ok so I took it back last Friday and they said it’s my Motor mount so they ordered a part set me appointment for this past Thursday. I told my car to get it fixed after about 45 min they came to tell me it’s not Motor mount is my transmission smh I have had this car almost 2 years and it happened again to me in a new car . It’s under warranty but the point is why is it keep happening.

Service department
The service department staff are very rude. This is my second purchase with this location & every time I go to the service department they are very unfriendly. I tried 3 times to get a hold of them for my first oil change. I gave up and had my oil changed elsewhere. I tried again, and again the staff was very rude. He told me I was welcome to go elsewhere. Everyone else is great & super friendly plus helpful
