Very kind front desk folks, but did in fact, charge me
Very kind front desk folks, but did in fact, charge me $600 for a battery for the battery, labor, and diagnostic fees for looking at some other things. (Also I waited a week and a half for the battery to be put in with no updates on my car, I had to call every time) Mind you, they were going to charge me $1100 with diagnostic fees, but kindly removed some of them before I left the store. They told me in total I needed $3100 worth of work done to it, got a second opinion, turns out all I needed was new tires. Not the brakes/pads/rotors/ they told me I needed as well. Needless to say, don?t go here unless you want to be price gouged and lied to.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no hard sales pitch. They listened to what I wanted and provided options. The financing portion was easy too. My sales man even called to see how I liked my vehicle and to see if I had any questions.

Check engine light came on but Mitsubishi warranty doesn?
Check engine light came on but Mitsubishi warranty doesn?t not cover the diagnostic fees unless there is an active code. The dealership reset the lights but could not get the code to be active so warranty would cover the diagnostic. If the manuals says it needs to be checked by a dealer why should the warranty not cover the diagnostic to ensure a serious issue does not exist. Very poor deceptive warranty that is certainly not part of Mitsubishi?s sales pitch. They brag about having such a great warranty. Check the fine print.
