Easy Purchase

I inquired about a Chevy Cruze. The staff was quick to respond and easy to work with. I set up an appointment to see the car on a Saturday. When I got there it was clean and ready for a test drive. My salesman knew I was coming and he was ready to greet me. It was a very friendly and easy process to get financing. They got me a rate better then I expects. Overall, great job. None of the craziness you might expect from a used car dealership. Thanks!

Nice Car

I went to Best Buy to look at a couple of newer pre-owned vehicles. I was surprised by how many nice vehicles they had and most were only two to three years old. I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord. The sales staff was friendly and easy to work with. Financing was a breeze and they had me in and out within an hour after I made my decision. Highly recommended. See Corey!

Corey and Tony Are Awesome

Just bought a great car from Corey. He helped me find the right vehicle in my budget. I had some bumps on my credit and was concerned that I’d be able to get any car. I had already been turned down at Berger, Rightway and Fox Honda. Corey assured me everything would be ok and Tony (the manager) got me approved on a really nice Honda Accord. I am so appreciative. The payments work and I am driving a car that is way newer and nicer than the junk they showed me at the other places I visited.

Super friendly sales guys

I went to Best Buy Used Cars to look for a decent used 4x4 to get me through the next few winters. The team there was so nice and helpful. They showed me a bunch of options in my price range. I never felt pressure to buy. I ended up getting a nice Chevy Trax. I would definitely recommend them.

Good Team at Best Buy

We went to Best Buy because a friend told us they could help us get a nice car even with some credit problems in our past. We had been blown off at a few places and a few places had shown us really old cars that were way over priced. Best Buy treated us like we were royalty! They seemed genuinely happy to see us and there was no disappointment in the sales guys faces when we told them we had bad credit. In fact they said they loved helping people on our situation. We are very pleased we went there.

Helpful, truly decent people!

I dropped by Best Buy Used Cars because my current ride is on its last legs, and a friend had told me he liked this place. I really just wanted to look around but I was nervous I'd be pestered and pressured into a sale. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was given all the space I wanted, but as soon as I had a question there was someone there to give me honest answers. You expect sales people to say only great things about their inventory, but the folks I spoke to were candid about the good, bad, and ugly of each car/truck I asked about. Ok so honestly I NEVER write reviews - (right who has the time?) But I just felt compelled to share my positive experience. I feel like you can tell a lot about the quality of a business by the type of people they have working there. These folks just seem to enjoy their time there, and it shows in the pride they have in their business. They even have the sweetest little Frenchie Bulldog hanging around like a little mini mascot. This place just feels different than your typical used car dealership. I wasn't ready to buy a car that day, and that was just fine with the folks there. They didn't put any pressure on me and I really appreciated that. I will say though, that as soon as my current car officially "expires" - I know exactly where I'm headed to purchase my next ride.

james the owner can’t get out of his own way.

Anyone else notice when james the owner responds to a less than perfect review it’s the customers wrong doing? I assume you write your own google reviews too. Just a hunch. The owner’s professionalism is laughable. He wanted to tough talk me on the phone because I was late on my payment. I showed up to inform him I was out of town at a funeral, he apologized. Smart for him. Be a shame if someone had audio and sent it to local TV stations of you james when you talk to some customers the way you do.

We do not know who this person is. We do not take payments at Best Buy Used Cars. We simply sell vehicles. We are not a "buy here pay here." Our owner is Felix, not James. While James is one of the Managers, we confirmed that he has never spoken to a "Tom" (or any other individual) about late payments or out-of-town funerals. This customer's review also indicates he did NOT purchase a vehicle from Best Buy Used Cars, so perhaps he is confusing our business with his finance company. Who knows?

Super Happy with My New Car!

I went to Best Buy Used Cars looking for an SUV for winter. In particular, I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I saw one on Cars.com and made an appointment. The vehicle was in good shape, looked just like it did in the pictures and it was priced as good as any other one I saw within 50 miles. The people that worked there were very friendly, the store was clean, and I loved the fish tank in the manager’s office. It was a really easy experience, especially if you’ve ever tried to buy a car at a pushy dealership. Great job. Highly recommended.
