Was interested in a used car at the Honda dealership.

Was interested in a used car at the Honda dealership. The begging process everyone very friendly accommodating. Took a test drive liked the car decided to purchase. During the purchase made alot of promises. The car had been gone through a thorough inspection and no issues. Was assigned a personal service rep. Once sale made they owed a 2nd set of keys.. took 3 weeks to get it. Crickets for anyone to return a call. Just over a month of owning the car had a major issue with the car took it to dealership for service qouted a starting price of 1200.00 and would be more. Said nothing covered under warranty. Were nasty when speaking with them. They said there was nothing they could do to help with the cost of repair. Proceeded to take the car to our trusted mechanic the repair cost 600.00 all in. Will NEVER go back to that dealership again.

I’m a 76 year-old widower who returned to Gary Yeomans to

I’m a 76 year-old widower who returned to Gary Yeomans to buy my third car from them. They sold me a 2026 Honda HRV with a window sticker MSRP of $30,000 and the end cost ended up to be $49,000. I feel that seniors are not respected nor treated fairly and this was not a deal that anyone would look at and say was fourth right upright or even good business

We haven’t heard from anyone at Gary Yeomans in senior management. They had some managing partner that they said would call us and we haven’t heard from him either. We’re interested to see what they’re willing to do to make us a hole on the steel with the trade-in that we had to make it 30,000 we were out $13,000 after the rebates that no one told us we could get from them. We found out about the refundable rebates from the Kia dealer that we were trading the car in on.

After our last visit at Gary Yeoman’s to sign up for rebate refunds, we were told by the gentleman and accounting who was very nice and helpful that the managing partner would be reaching out to us so it seems like tongue and cheek. They want to hear from us but they don’t care to get a hold of us and talk with us.

Dealer ship is not honest or transparent, especially with Senior Citizens whi are repeat customers. I purchased my third Honda from Gary Yeomans in Daytona and was taken advantage of. I purchased a car with a MSRP of $30,000 and ended up paying more than $49,000. They offered me no recourse that I had to trade it in elsewhere. All I want to do is get out of this car and never ever again think about Hondas especially Gary Yeomans

We received a response saying they don’t usually get reviews like that and please call them at the earliest possible convenience but there’s just a phone number. It doesn’t say who to contact her who might contact us again that’s kind of half hearted. Why can’t they reach out to us as our name is visible in the whole transparency of our side.

Maribel was her usual professional, helpful, and obliging

Maribel was her usual professional, helpful, and obliging self. She has taken great care of our cars for years. It was a pretty painless experience, even though I had to wait around three hours for the tires to be replaced and evaluated, and other service items to be completed. I am very happy with this dealership.
