Best dealership !

Terrible sales people.

Terrible sales people. I bought a truck in 2020 and sales person was great. I went back in 2024 and new sales people. This place really went down hill. The guy i dealt with knew little about the truck I wanted and tried to sell me something else . He never called me back. I went to Manginos and bought a new 2024 Colorado and the entire staff was great. James Chevrolet used to be good , but not anymore.

Very Satisfied Customer!

Just bought a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox from Chad King today and couldn’t be happier! They worked with me on my trade in and I am now the proud owner of a new to me vehicle that has many more perks than my previous vehicle did. Definitely recommend!

Buying a new Chevy Silverado hi country 3500HD 4X4

Buying a vehicle is a very trying experience today wherever you go. These guys made it a better one by working with me and explaining the financial crap so I could understand it better. Thank you Chad and Toby. This will be the sixth vehicle for me from you guys.

This is Pat and Tom we were in James Chevrolet on 2/14/23 to just be look but saw a trax and wanted it.Our Salesman was Chad who was friendly,professional explained everything and a all around gentleman.I was completely satisfied with Chad and the whole James Chevrolet group made us feel very welcome.I would highly recommend Hames Chevrolet and Chad to anyone looking for a car. Thank you again for a great experience Chad we will be back

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Went there tonight to purchase a car, the person who was "helping me" acted very up set that I dared to want to look at some vehicles and when the one I had wanted to look at a little more was across the parking lot and they had to walk over to it, this person seemed even more upset. When I wanted to discus an out the door price, before I discussed my trade, the price that came back to me was way over the sticker price on the car. When I said something about the price I was told that it had a 10% mark up and if I did not like it I did not have to buy it. I will never go back there. The thing is if the sales person had been pleasant I may have discussed trade in and purchased the car. And another thing how are you going to price a used car 10k over what the same car sells for brand new.
