Klamath Falls Honda

I recently bought a car from a fantastic salesman, Tim. He was forthright and clear with his communication on the vehicle’s details. He checked in with me each step of the way leading up to purchasing. I can’t recommend Klamath Falls Honda and Tim more. #BOTW

Even though this is a small dealership in a relatively rural area, the service department here is absolutely top-notch. Armando is a wonderful service advisor who is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have service techs who've been there for 20+ years working on Honda vehicles, and that experience shows. They already saved me money ($900+) on repairs that were misdiagnosed by larger corporate dealerships, and they did those repairs faster and were more communicative and transparent throughout the process. I've had some of the smoothest experiences here out of any dealership I've been to, and I trust them more too.

I purchased a a 2016 Cadillac srx 36000 miles from Klamath falls Honda 12/2022...all down hill since then! It all started with check engine light 5 miles after i drove off. ODB codes indicated stuck torque converter clutch and other transmission related codes!!! Since then, i've spent almost $9600 on items on, one wouldnt expect...including tires (all 4 were not same type or brand) , front struts (were frozen), cue screen replace (was obvious to dealer but not me on test drive), new extra 2nd key fob and to top it off, transmission replacement!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM KLAMATH FALLS HONDA WITHOUT HAVING YOUR SHOP CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!!

I had a terrific experience purchasing my Outback from Tim at Klamath Falls Honda. I described to him my dream car and he found it! Tim has taken the time to help me with all the technology that is a part of this vehicle and made sure that I am comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely recommend him! Austin at Klamath Falls Honda is clutch! BIG, BIG kudos to our man Austin at Klamath Fall Honda! Today my 2017 Honda Ridgeline choked downtown at the end of the day…wouldn’t start…click-click-click-click-click. Austin was there in a heart-beat. Very positive and pro’ attitude, gave me a jump, guided me back to the shop, did the tighten-up on my battery terminals and sent me on my way! WOW, THAT’S what builds loyalty.
