Very helpful and friendly. Domanic was very patient and let me look at the car and answer lots of questions.

We will never return. We’ve purchased two vehicles at the Colorado Springs location and sold one vehicle. They have made empty promises during the vehicle purchase they did not honor. We’ve had an ongoing issue and have called multiple times with zero follow up on their end. They owe me a check over $15k from a sale and said they would mail it. I’ve yet to receive it and after multiple calls and messages I haven’t received one call back.

Overall, the experience was good. Everyone we came in contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing my wife and I had an issue with was the computer-generated texts that sent inaccurate information. Everyone we came in contact with were very pleasant to work with, we initially viewed, and test drove the vehicle in Denver, and had it delivered to Colorado Springs and completed all the paperwork here in the Springs, we are very happy with our purchase and with the experience.

That included a test drive, cleaning, and paperwork completion. It helped that we came in knowing what we wanted and already having finance paperwork submitted to speed up the process. Additionally, they answered all our questions and explained the paperwork with ease. My husband and I were concerned that we would be losing another 3+ hours of our lives to all of the back and forth nonsense that other dealerships have put us through in the past. But that was not the case. Today's experience at EchoPark was by far the best auto purchase that we've ever had. Thank you for keeping it simple and valuing our time! We highly recommend EchoPark!

We reached out to EchoPark about selling our vehicle. They responded back to us quickly. They were one of 3 dealerships we reached out to. This is the only dealership that was honest and offered us what they had said they were going to for the car. When we are ready to look for a new car they will be who we go to.

When I came in for a test drive, Dominic was knowledgeable and made us feel welcome while answering all of our questions. When I came back to purchase a few days later, Kevin was also super helpful and walked me through the process (first time buy in a dealership) while making the numbers make sense.

He listened to our needs and picked out the best car to show us. It checked all the boxes. Never before did I buy the first car from the first dealer we went to, but this was the perfect fit.
