No complaints. Excellent, straightforward dealer experience. No pressure and didn?t try to sell me things I didn?t need. This was my first time buying a Mitsubishi and I am very pleased with both the sales process and my Outlander PHEV!

Very kind staffs.
Very kind staffs. Have services from them over 3 Mitsubishi cars that were all Eclipse. Been known every single staff in service department and sales as well. Over all it has been great experiences to work with them. Thanks.

Friendly, responsive sales staff.
Friendly, responsive sales staff. They were happy to let me take a long test drive. In the end we couldn't reach a deal but they were professional and up-front with their pricing.

This is a complaint about Nicole,not any car sale.
Your Service Department, Nicole is very nasty, unprofessional when dealing with people of color. I heard how she talks to the mechanics. I don’t say anything to her, because I don’t have time for ignorance. She stated to be in the waiting room, you’re done, how unprofessional is that, instead of saying your car is ready. So unprofessional & very bad attitude.

Horrible
Horrible. Drove more than 2 hours to get there. Had an appt with Blanca to test drive a vehicle. Blanca was a "no show: and the car was not available. Reached out to her and she said she texted to let me know car was not available. I do not text and drive but even if I did the text was sent after I had left while I was driving in heavy commute traffic. Interesting she did text before I left insisting I confirm and to make sure I arrived on time which I responded to. If the car was not there she should have said that. I told her I was upset about her no show. She blamed me and continued to harass me. I eventually had to block her #.

Worst Experience Possible
Don’t waste the time of day on this place. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership before. Went looking for a used Tesla. I love over an hour away and the first night I was there, we weren’t able to reach a deal. I continued to communicate with the salesman over the next few days. We had reached an agreement with written numbers through text. On my way up to purchase the car, I got a call informing me that they were going to decrease the value of my trade and increase the price of the Tesla.... I’ve had a lot of interesting things happen at dealerships before but never once have I had price increase after I’ve agreed to terms. Especially when written!! I went anyways to talk it out and they weren’t willing to do anything to help me and they just acted like I was bothering them, while NOBODY was in their store. Complete joke of a dealership and I feel bad for anyone else who wastes their time there.
