No they really held to their word from the phone call to walking out the door. The atmosphere was so welcoming! They asked me what did I want. They was not trying to just put me in anything like most places you go. I am grateful for the experience me and my wife had at exclusive motors , and the salesman that helped us DERRICK McDonald was awesome he worked on the deal for hours and got us in a BMW we wanted .
