A little hard to work with they do my answer your questions directly by email and want you to call sometimes calling is no convenient during business hours and I personally like email for the record. They have the exact truck I wanted but I am still looking because they didn’t inspire confidence. Every other time I have bought I was able to either go see the vehicle my self or send someone. This time that wasn’t possible and I just didn’t have a good feeling because of there lack of interest in providing me with direct answers.

Absolutely horrible! Vehicle was listed at a price only if you use their financing which had a higher interest rate than the financing I already had approved for me at my bank. Very rude salesman Rob! The truck I was looking at had rust on the underside and on the bolts. Looked at the carfax and come to find out that the truck came from Canada that has the salt put on their roads in the winter. Anyone that’s familiar with the snow and salty roads up north knows how much damage this can cause to a vehicle! Just so many questionable things that didn’t feel right. Complete waste of my time 😡

When searching for a newer used vehicle with low miles, this dealership kept popping up on many of the trucks I was interested in on TrueCar.com. I decided to visit the Seffner location because they had plenty of options in one place. I arrived around 6 p.m. and ended up test driving three different models while deciding on the engine I wanted. My sales rep, Benny, was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable—he answered all my questions about each vehicle. Once I made my decision, we reviewed the numbers, and I appreciated that they were upfront about all additional charges before we started. We worked together to get to a final price I was comfortable with, and by 8:15 p.m., I was driving home in my 2024 Silverado. This included nearly an hour of test driving! I was impressed by the selection on the lot, with so many different truck brands available in one place. If you’re torn between different makes or models, this is the place to go. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

From the first phone call to the time I drove the truck off the lot, these guys were first class. Every question answered with full transparency and in a timely manner. Truck was exactly what they described it to be and honored the trade in value they offered over the phone. Highly recommend doing business with these guys.

I drove almost theee hours to get to CarHeroes and it was well worth it. The staff was welcoming and professional. Ana and Chuck to great care of me and answered all of my questions and concerns. They gave me my time and space to make a decision. The atmosphere was nice, relaxing and inviting. Not to mention the comfy couches! There were many options to choose from and I was happy with my purchase, and more importantly my son loves his new truck! I would make that drive all over again if I get to have the same outcome.

Sebastian and Car Heroes team were great! Gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked to get me a very honest and very good deal on the truck I chose. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would return again if I ever need another vehicle again. Thanks Car Heroes!!

Wow you can not get a straight price. Fake xx on the phone. Horrible advertising allowed by Florida AG. How about honoring your advertised price. Won't happen at many Florida dealerships. Do not deal with people who con you to get you in the door.
