Picked up my new 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz on 11/23/24 from Shakers Family Hyundai in Watertown CT. This was one of the most effortless car buying experiences I ever had mainly because of Kyle Garvin my sales associate. Kyle was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable of the Hyundai product. He really made us feel comfortable throughout the buying experience without any high pressure tactics whatsoever. I traveled over 40 minutes to come here and am I glad I did. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was fantastic and treated us like family. From the finance to delivery they took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this dealership as they truly care that you have a pressure free experience.

Super thankful for Kyle - I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to my old car, but it was suddenly time and Kyle made it such a super easy and quick process to get into my Kona.
