Extremely disappointed with today experience.

Extremely disappointed with today experience. Before I made a trip to dealership I asked if price is negotiable and the answer was yes. Once we got there sales person David and used car manager didn’t lower the price for one penny although vehicle has a broken front grill, star in the windshield, painted front bumper and shaky rear worn tires. I asked them to take care of those issues or lower the price so I can do the repairs and they declined both options. So this is how they work, Caesar promised that dealership will work on a price with you and then you won’t see him. New salesman will be assigned to you in my case David who didn’t know much about the car and price wasn’t negotiated. We left dealership feeling betrayed and time wasted. Dealership people should communicate better among themselves and honor any agreement with the customer

Very bad after sale service

Very, very disappointed with this dealership. It ONLY! took 2 months to get my PL's. After many calls finally got them. Baldemar S. sale manager lied to me about sending out my license plates on the 13th. Jorge also lied about sending out my license plates. I know that it was sent out today (25th) and delivered it today. The proof of this is in the FedEx print out mailing receipt. But they are very quick to sell you a car, to complete a sale Jorge even delivered my car on a Sunday.

BE AWARE!

Very unprofessional Dealership. We were misled the entire transaction that the vehicle was available and ready to go. We asked for additional pictures which they send and minutes later we submitted an application with pre-approval. They said they would contact us shortly and all day yesterday no call or communication. They pulled credit report and kept us waiting. They Re-listed the vehicle this morning with a higher price and called to tell us the vehicle was sold. Very disappointing experience, I have deal with small dealerships and up to Lamborghini dealerships in the past and this one is by far the worst ever. BE AWARE!

bert ogden mission trying to take my trade in free

bert ogden cadillac mission , went to buy 2022 escalade 80k msrp , took a 40k trade in so they marked up the escalade 30k to 110k , so pissed off,

Don't buy from here! 09-20-21 was looking for a new XT5...

Don't buy from here! 09-20-21 was looking for a new XT5 checked online and saw that this company had the vehicle i wanted and the price posted online for $45,415 so i call store to verify if it was still available before i made the 1hr 15 min drive to there location. i was told yes we still have it and yes it is for the price online. Once i arrived, i saw the XT5 and loved it and told sales man ill take it, already approved the sales man comes in the cubical to tell me that his manager told him that the XT5 i wanted to purchase was the last one they had so he had to mark it up $3,000 more. Im like WOW never ever in my life has this ever happened to me as a customer I was shocked, and shame on the Vackar's that would allow and hire people to over see and manage the legacy they have built all across the valley and now have people like Bert Ogden Cadillac Mangers treat customers like this. Such a sad shame it has come down to people like them and during a pandemic to gouge their own previous customers. WOW !

Repairs CTS Cadillac 2012

Took my car in for repairs. China in service dept. greeted me. She listen carefully to the problems that I was having with my car. Since I have extended warranty China called the extended service warranty department and follow up until they approved the repairs. My car has been repaired and my out of pocket expense for service that is not covered under warranty was reasonable. Thanks for the outstanding job by everyone.

2017 Caddy Review

Our 2017 Caddy's battery ran out on the week-end ant therefore, we had to call our GM warranty Center to have it towed to the Bert Ogden Caddy Service Center in Mission on Monday morning. I spoke to Chyna at the Bert Ogden Service Center and she was on notice that our Caddy was enroute there. Meanwhile our GM Warranty Center called us about 5 times to be sure that our car had been picked ASAP which we really appreciated. Well, meanwhile, Chyna, made sure that she kept us informed on the progress of our vehicle status throughout the day. Towards the end of the day she told us that our Caddy was almost ready as it was being washed so that we could pick it up. We were so appreciative of the Service Departiment's work, including Monica, receptionist, and of course Chyna who made it all happen. We can truly say that the Bert Ogden Caddy Center in Mission do an outstanding job all of the time!
