Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

I help at all.
Filled out the application, received a email saying I was approved and that a agent would call me at a designated time. We set that time at 10am. At 930 I received a email claiming he tried to call and couldn’t get through. So I called him back at 950, he said he was in the lot and would call me back at 10am like he was suppose to. 12:35 pm rolls around and I get a text asking what type of vehicle I was looking for. Never mind he’s 2 1/2 hours late calling back. I’m at work now so I really can’t chat. I tell him, " I’m interested in the suv I applied for “. Told him I had a co signer and down if needed. He said he would check out my application and call me back. It’s 10:20pm now. Still no word from Mike. Guess they didn’t need to sell any cars today. Still on the hunt.....

Super nice, very quick response.
The response time was really fast, I had received an email back within an hour. I was actually surprised how quick they had contacted me about my inquiry and I would recommend them to a friend
