I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.

We did not like HAVING to enter and exit through a showroom. It made us feel uncomfortable when everyone is just sitting around staring at you.
