INFINITI of Lubbock

I went through the trouble of pulling my credit (now I have hard pull on my credit) to buy a car sight unseen. All paperwork was sent back and forth from the dealer to my bank and they decided to sell the car we had a deal on to someone else. This is a shady business deal and the owner does not care about you or your money. ***Edit*** tried to speak with the sales manager and he basically told me my money was no good and even though I had a purchase order from them sent to my bank that it wasn't good and I was "in second place" SERIOUSLY THE FOLKS ARE NO GOOD AND WILL NOT RESPECT YOU OR YOUR TIME. WE HAD A WRTITTEN AND VERBAL CONTRACT....

The Lubbock Infinity dealership always services my vehicle in a timely manner. They are courteous and very helpful. It is cleaner when I leave , they do a fantastic job on everything that I have needed in the past. I will purchase my next vehicle from this dealership.

Cody at the service department took care of me! During my recent drive to Texas Tech, I encountered a bad dust storm that cause my check engine light to come on. I called and Cody scheduled me to come in on Saturday morning. They put me in another car during my stay so that I could still get stuff accomplished in Lubbock during my stay! I love Infiniti's service department! They are always looking out for the best interest of the client. My traveling buddy was super impressed! She had never encountered the superior service! I have had my 2019 Infinitie QX30 for almost six months. Chiarria (not sure spelling correctly) was great! I enjoy and value my car more every day! It’s a beautiful vehicle and drives like a dream. I feel safe in it. The service staff have been awesome when I have had questions. I have had my first oil change and maintenance visit and a tire repair visit and both services were flawless. I trust the service staff and that alone is a value. I look forward to a continued relationship with Infinitie for many years to come...

I went in for an oi change and an additional key fob. I paid plenty of money to just get excuses when the old fob did not work anymore and then to be told that maybe it is my ECM when it was just fine prior to the programming of the new fob. I needed and additional fob and I guess they assumed I was replacing it due to no communication between one another. Service totally sucked and this was my very first time there

Have had issue that dealership cannot resolve for months. Have yet to be satisfied. Can’t wait to not own this car anymore. I will never own another Infiniti thanks to this place. The manager I dealt with, Brayden Rose, is a liar and refuses to call me back anymore to try to fix anything.
