Alan Hoover was both helpful and showed a great deal of

Alan Hoover was both helpful and showed a great deal of patience with Karen and I. Over a two-week period, Alan showed us and took us out to test drive a number of Highlanders, settling of a Highlander Platinum. Alan explained the procedures in securing a new Highlander being manufactured in the color we liked telling us that if we didn't care for what came in, we could either wait for another one or get our money back. It took less than three weeks for the car to come in, and it was just what we were looking for. Alan was very helpful with getting thru all the paperwork and even added locking lug nuts and door edge and handle protectors at no cost. Over the next 2-3 weeks he would contact us several times to see if we had questions. We were glad he did and even came in a couple times with questions which he answered himself or got us with someone who could. We are really enjoying our new car and appreciate all the help Alan provided. We never felt rushed or pushed into something we might regret later. We would highly recommend Alan and Findlay Toyota to both family and friends. Thank You for a very pleasant experience.

It's my privilege to be able to recommend, Alan Hoover as a top notch car dealer. This was my second vechicle purchased with "Hoov". The first purchase was a new Hybrid Highlander, 2 years ago. Recently, I purchased and vechicle with my granddaughter (19 years old) and Hoov was a huge help in juggling the financial end of the purchase. I have referred friends to Hoov and would not hesitate to do so again. My only negative comment would be that the waiting time is too long for car service.

This was one of the most pleasant car purchase/lease experiences I have ever had. Alan Hoover was the ultimate professional . He went above and beyond to get the deal done in a relatively seamless and timely manner I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes and some of those 90 minutes was my fault.Alan either answered every question I had or anticipated the questions and provided the necessary information. He had gathered a lot of the information in advance and we were able to simply sign paperwork a great experience..

Friendly, fast service, clean, Hoover even bought me a soda while I was there. He explained n showed me how to use certain things on my new vehicle. He programed my phone to my car for me. Its was a positive experience.
