I purchased a gap insurance that allows me 6 full-service visits for my new Chevy Colorado, after the initial free visit from GM. I called for to make schedule appointment for the third visit @15K and was told they were booked full for the next 14 days. because they didn't have enough Technician's. I explained my spouse was having surgery and that day and time was very inconvenient. I was told if I didn't take that appointment, I would have to wait another 7-8 days to get my truck serviced. when I complained to the service manager waiting 2-3 weeks to have my truck serviced, I was told times are different now. REALLY times are different? I guess that means the fact I have bought my last 3 new cars from them and referred several other people that bought cars from them isn't appreciated. They could care less about what's convenient for me it was about what's convenient to them. I'm 63 years old this is the first negative review I've wrote about anything. if you don't have enough technicians, it's your problem, totally unacceptable making it a valued customers problem.

2012 Caddy
When getting my car serviced and inspected I was treated extremely well getting an appt. as well as when I picked up the vehicle. Everyone was polite and courteous. Thank you for the great service!

Great experience in car buying and service!
My truck broke down at their exit while traveling home to Georgia leaving me stranded. Not only did they do a great job changing my transmission for me, but they also sold me a 2019 Chevrolet truck to complete my trip. Both were great experiences. The friendly, knowledgeable staff was great to deal with in both sales and service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a first class automotive business!! Dream car
Found my car on car gurus. Then I went to the website , signed up for price watch on that vehicle and received a price drop alert a few weeks later.
