just now New Buyer beware!!! The price listed on their website is not the actual price for their new Escalades. On all new Escalades they automatically get the windows tinted (~$500), film protection (~$500) , and ceramic coating “$8000”. We asked if we ordered a new Escalade if we could opt out of the $8000 ceramic coating and the general Manager said no, they do this on every new Escalade. We spent 3 hours test driving and discussing financing just to have the paper work come from the managers office with a highlighted signature line without even mentioning the $8000 ceramic coating that if we were born yesterday might have slipped past us. On the way home we called the Baton Rouge dealership and explained what had happened and they said it sounded like we were getting played and that we could order from them and have no added ridiculous options on top of MSRP. They have not only lost my business forever but also lost my respect. I will also be reporting them to the state for advertising prices on their website that they know isn’t the true price because they add $9000 on top of that knowingly without disclosing until you sit down to buy the vehicle. I will also be reporting this to the auto group that owns this dealership as I would hope that are just u aware of the unscrupulous practices of Cadillac of New Orleans.

Tina was very nice and helpful! It was hard being out of state, and the experience while on site was not as fast as it could have been. The financing person missed an opportunity to explain things on the phone prior to when we visited so it was a non starter when we got to the dealership, had an appointment and still had to wait four hours to sign. He did not portray the credit process to what he did, the loan kept changing and still changed after I left.
