Very poor and unprofessional business practices! I contacted them couple weeks ago regarding a Corvette! First it took several attempts to get the asking price! I kindly thanked them and stated that the price doesn't work for me as it is several thousand above market! They contacted me recently and met my offer, sent a bill of sale which I signed and sent back! I offered a deposit as the banks were closed that day! They assured me the vehicle was mine until I was able to obtain certified funds. Next morning sales associate contacts me stating "The owner came in and bought the Corvette and we didn't know! ". Keep in mind this vehicle has been there for a couple months!

Very disappointed. Bought a 2021 Chevy Tahoe with cash plus a trade in & the dealership failed to pay off the $15,000 loan on the trade in for 2 months. So I get 2 missed payments & repo letters in the mail. Not even going to mention the trouble it caused my credit rating. I could go into detail about them losing the key and miscounting the cash but I won’t. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. Will never do business here again. And have warned my friends about them.

Talked to rep on phone Friday evening about 2014 Chevy Silverado High Country.. rep said it’s there and to come in at 10:00 to see it.. get there 9:00 and salesmen waiting outside.. get out of car and he doesn’t introduce himself or anything!! I have to ask about truck. Finally he goes to computer and checks and says that truck was sold over a week ago!!! I drove over 2 hours to see truck and wasted my time. The dealership is small and they should update inventory daily, not have rep assure me it’s available. Waisted a Saturday morning for nothing! Never will go back or recommend this dealership! I would give less than 1 star if I could!!

I talked with Alex all day and made arrangements for me to drive over an hr to the lot for them to sell the truck out from under me! Than turned around and said oh well and walked off! Didn’t even offer gas money! So rude and disrespectful!!!

Reasonable prices and fair on trade ins, would definitely buy with them again

Called to make appointment for recall repair. Tommy told me that he would call when parts came in. After 3 weeks I called back and was given an 8am appointment for 2.5 hour repair. Dropped truck off as instructed and left key in drop box. Made another 30 minute trip to pick it up after work and it had never been moved from parking space. Tommy had left and we got the runaround from staff who said they did not know the truck was there, although it was parked in row by service area. Ridiculous! We will not be back and would recommend them to no one.
