we purchased 2017 about a month age. Sam Liu was very professional, and has good knowledge about the car he is selling, no bad words about competitor car which is still on our list, just introduce the wonderful RDX to us, which play the very important part on our decision to go with RDX. He worked really hard to make a deal happen.

Everytime I come here, whether my vehicle be old or new, I have always had such exceptional customer service. All the staff are very knowledgable and friendly. There are some dealerships that don't care about customer service anymore once the vehicle is bought and I'm glad this company goes above and beyond with anything they can do to make their customers happy. I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the options to target my needs. Took me to a drive. And even though the dealer was closing ... I was never rushed. I end up buying the car that day. They tried to do anything to accommodate my my work. I came to pick up the car early because I sold my old car and as soon as I complained of a 3 m protection that was not what I wanted, they immediately organized a way to fix it so I could pick up the car in the same day. They even offered to deliver the car in my house because I had just coming from a night shift. I have nothing but gratitude in dealing with Matt, sharon and Curtis. Very happy with my new car :)

Matthew was so knowledgeable about the product and didn't pressure me at all. Was very professional. I totally recommend this dealership! He took lots of time and answered all my questions.

I went in to get a oil change and the service advisors were very knowledgable and kind. They addressed all my issues and when the oil change took a little bit more time then normal they were very good about taking care of the service. Also got a free car wash! Thanks south view Acura.

Had the pleasure of receiving service from Southview. Fab is truly exceptional at what he does. I bring all my vehicles to him, including non-Acura`s. I highly recommend Fab and his team to everyone, including vehicles that are not of the company brand for servicing.

Just bought a used Acura TL. He didnt push me hard at all and I feel really comfortable while buying a car. The efficiency is really high and he is polite and friendly.

Mary and Fab always take excellent care of my car and go way above and beyond what is expected. As a former BMW owner I am shocked at how much better the service is here, it's truly night and day. The service department immediatley took my car in for service upon arrival. Wait time was appropriate. My car was spotless after the service was done which is always a nice treat. I love the car bay that this dealership has, especially during the winter months. Fab - very knowledge and friendly every single time I get my car serviced. Mary - always greets everyone with a smile. She is a delight to talk to. Would not go anywhere else to get my car serviced!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone, in fact, I already do.
